Fantastic service from sales person
Fantastic service from sales person. She went over and above and bubble wrapped all the glassware that we purchased as we were travelling back to London. She was professional, polite and really friendly.
Products were really good quality and reasonably priced.

Always pleasant to visit Procook store in Rushden Lakes. Staff friendly but not pushy. Shop clean and tidy, wish it was larger! Was told of in store deal which led me to purchase three small items.

The shop is clean and tidy. The displays are inviting. The assistants were dressed very well. The service was good. The prices were right for what I bought. I will be going there again in the future

Staff are lovely
Staff are lovely, but prices for goods is not advertised well £25.00 for a steamer which i thought was good but when it goes through the till it is double that, failing to tell the customer that is only one part of the item.
