Very friendly and helpful, however, deducting 1 star, as when we got home, (we live an hour away), we found one of the pans we purchased was the wrong type, tri-metal and should have been the non stick forged..... Which means my wife has to go back and change it..... God knows what else she'll find to spend our money while she's there!!

The staff were very friendly
The staff were very friendly, helpful and helped us to choose the best saucepans, pro cook ones, a milk saucepan and a frying pan which are all really good quality, and we went for some more small ones for our induction hob we'd had in our new kitchen, so we bought some more of the smaller pro cook ones which we are really happy with great service 😀

Fantastic customer service in the shop. The lady was extremely helpful and didn't complain when I kept changing my mind. Very happy with the saute pan and knives that I bought. I would happily visit again.

Lisa was fantastic start to finish
Lisa was fantastic start to finish. Went in to look whilst shopping, explained what I wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Spent a while with me showing me diffrent knives, letting me try them, and explaining the diffrences to me. She is a credit to Procook. Ann was brilliant also 😎 Settled on a set of Aus10 knives, which so far I love, and make cooking so much easier. Hopefully they stand the test of time. The 25 year garentee means they should.
