I loved that duster I got but I think it’s kind of odd how you need to type your email to buy

The couple of guys I dealt with were so good and so helpful, holding a display item for me that was otherwise out of stock. The well-reviewed 400 ml milk frother has proved to be an excellent buy. I have worked in retail myself and know how cynical a game it can be (for an insight I'd recommend reading George P Pelecanos of 'The Wire' fame's novel 'A Firing Offense'). Refreshing to meet good young people who really delivered and got the tone just right. Many thanks.

I purchased this on a busy Saturday afternoon and there was not enough staff to help customers. However, we got there in the end.

I purchased a Damascus 67 Nakiri knife worth £129. I also wanted to purchase a knife block. The staff member dealing with us casually pointed at the direction where they were displayed showing no interest at all. I left with only the knife. The shop lost custom and I was rather rather underwhelmed. By the way , the knife is very good.

I always get my cookware from ProCook because the product ranges are great and the staff are well trained and knowledgeable - pleasant and helpful too.

Nice selection of cooking pots/pans, utensils and dishes. Purchased mini frying pan from the Kingston branch, which is very nicely &clearly laid out, and easy to find what you're looking for. Staff very helpful and polite.

Really knowledgeable staff, not pushy on sales, provided helpful tutorial on how to use the new product too. Well stocked and immaculate shop. Super products!

Great service

Bought yet another Pro Cook product: a nice cast iron enameled Grill Pan. After looking at prices at another large store in the shopping centre, it was nice to buy a good quality product at half the price of the other store. ProCook Warranty is in years, compared to the "I am not sure, maybe few months.." vague answer that I got for the double-priced product at the other store.

As always, Shona had all the info on the ProCook products we looked at, and she was very helpful.

The store carries a lot of pots and pans, plus some other products, and that is always a plus (saves time searching elsewhere).

The cheerful and friendly assistant pointed me quickly to the right place for my needs, summarised the pro's & con's of comparable items, and gave me the opportunity to return my purchase for refund within 30 days, with the options of e-mail or printed receipt or both! Very satisfied.
