Check the reduced prices the same item in different colour could be half the price.
Found the spatula I’d been looking for. The blue one was reduced by 50% but the green one wasn’t. Wanted the green to match my kitchen but took the blue one. I don’t understand why only the blue was reduced.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience! I will not return to this store. However the customer service in the Cannock store is amazing and will need to travel there!

Great quality reasonably priced items with knowledgeable and friendly staff
I needed a very random item (and found it) on Friday in the Birmingham ProCook in the Bullring. I haven’t been in a Procook shop for many years as their pans, cutlery etc really last so I don’t need to keep repurchasing. I’m so glad these shops exist so you get to see reasonably priced items like this in person. The man in the shop had the perfect balance between friendly help and advice with no heavy pushing to make a sale. This combination is my favourite and of course I bought and I will again.

I’ve been to several Pro Cook stores…
I’ve been to several Pro Cook stores and the Bham Bullring branch is by far the best I would recommend a visit if you’re looking for anything….pots, pans, gadgets or utensils for use in your kitchen.
I was welcomed, greeted and served by Rupert (the store manager) who gave me expert advice on a wonderful, superbly designed ice cube tray (making 64 ice cubes) which will fit perfectly into my freezer.
Many thanks AGAIN!!!! for the brilliant help and customer service from Bham Bullring Pro Cook store.

I had a fantastic experience at ProCook.
