I bought the wrong size knife. I went back the following day and requested an exchange. The knife I needed wasn't in stock but the assistant immediately ordered it on-line for me. Delivery took place the following day. What excellent service!

Excellent choice of cookware in a well displayed environment. Great advise given by the sales assistant who guided us through our choice of saucepans and knives. Her knowledge of the products was outstanding which secured a large sale. Even though the shop was busy the sales assistant was very attentive.

The store had air conditioning which was very welcome on a very hot day making browsing comfortable. Also, the two store assistants were very helpful and offered options which made purchasing my items very easy.

Customer service advisor was extremely good and was very knowledgeable and friendly. They new their products and gave valuable advice, the products I bought were of very high quality, overall I was very pleased with my purchases and will most definitely be buying from this company again.
