I was looking for a large frying pan with a lid. I purchased a large double handed saucepan with lid in the sale. Perfect cooking for all the family & freezing any left over.

There were knife marks all over the back of it. They despatched a replacement immediately. Cannot fault that for customer service.

The lady (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) was very helpful as I didn’t realise that you could buy the knives individually instead of in the block as I only wanted vegetable knives it can work out more expensive but it’s better than having a draw full of knives you don’t need

The product is good with the added bonus of a lid. I would have preferred a slightly bigger bowl but the next one in the range was too big.

Customer service it was really bad, the seller was on his own and say to us we were to much trouble because we exchange a £20 gift for £195 cook pan set and we part with cash and part with card.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
The sales assistant who completed my transaction was very helpful and took his time to find extra products that I had difficulty finding when walking round the store.
