After so many years spending money on medication, massage devices, and osteopaths, I finally found relief from my suffering and restored my will to live!
I found this clinic on Facebook. When I saw the spinal decompression videos, I thought, "This is what I always said I needed (someone to pull me by the feet and head) to straighten my spine."
The team is fantastic! Everyone is very welcoming!

I started coming here in June 2024 with a lot of back pain in my lower back which I had been carrying for several years, I couldn't stand up properly, my left foot was raised, I was assessed and given an x-ray and then advised of suitable treatment, my diagnosis was Degenerative disc disease, so basically my lower back needed stretching out, my discs were too close together and nearly touching and that had been resolved by decompression and shockwave, twice a week. This takes time for your body to adjust to, so be patient with yourself.
I had this course of treatment initially for about 6 months, by which time my back had significantly improved and also I had come off pain killers I had been taking.
I was then reassessed and x-rayed again, then started just having shockwave treatment as well as been given some gentle exercises to do away from the clinic.
Coming to the end of 2025, I am feeling so much better, I have had another x-ray of my back and can now do things without aches or pain, and this treatment is non medicated.
The staff have been brilliant, and they are very knowledgeable, and look after you.

If you have a back problem, come here and someone will help and put you in a better position, don't live with pain.

I came to Proback in 2016 after seeing an advert in the Metro - whilst searching for help with some severe physical injuries I sustained several years earlier.

I got in touch and had a consultation, an X-ray and manipulation treatment and found some benefit and continued weekly for three months after this time I decided to stop the treatment as I felt I had achieved the outcome I needed at that time.

Now, here we are in 2025 - ten years on from my first encounter - along with more physical difficulties I needed to review my physical well-being - I returned to Proback - booking a session , had a consultation , an X-ray and started treatment with Shockwave treatment.

Since commencing the treatment in early November I can honestly say that Shockwave treatment is working very well and I am benefiting enough to reassure my confidence enough to continue this treatment as a game changer for me. I am sleeping better, my pain is a different level of experience and my physical awareness and well being is improving all the time.

I am very happy to recommend Proback as a treatment.

As a driver, I was suffering back pain since I drive long hours . After buying session on proback , they gave a report of X-ray and follow u treatment, they gave me more than enough time per session with the right support.

Helped me to get Fit again and less back pain the team are friendly, but is does take time and you have to make effort too. Im pleased with the result and will return if needed

After seeing a physio for several weeks at a different clinic which gave me no support at all for my issues. I met Alex at London Back Pain Clinic who immediately put me at ease that my issue of lower back pain due to a bulging disc was common and he would be able to help me. This he did he understood my issue he knew through his expertise how he could help me and within just a few sessions I started to feel less pain less discomfort and improved mobility. Alex is attentive to detail which supported me physically as well as improving my outlook for the future. I could not be more grateful to Alex and would recommend him to anyone going through pain and discomfort Alex can definitely help you don’t suffer see Alex. I can't thank Proback enough. From the very beginning I've been treated so good.
All the ladies at reception really care and always have a welcoming smile when you walk through the door.
I can't thank Shola enough, the way he broke down my xray, to working on getting my back pain to a bare minimum. His attention to detail is amazing and I can't thank him enough for helping me get back on track. Ganish also helped to assist Shola with my recovery and he too really care and took time to figure why I was having the back pain.
Hands down 10 out of 10, I will always recommend Proback.

I came in with such bad back pain not only have they made that disappear but my back has never felt better. Arlind always with a smile and very knowledgeable has helped me with my neck and posture so much and I have learned good practises and exercises to continue this. Everyone I come in contact with at Proback is always so lovely. I will continue to come here and can’t recommend it highly enough. I feel great after. :)

I’ve been dealing with neck and back pain for a while and after a few sessions here, I feel so much better. The staff are professional, kind and make you feel comfortable and heard. I appreciate how they explain everything and tailor the treatment to what you need. I would definitely recommend.

Staff are very kind and professional caring about customers. They are very friendly and good hospitality. The rooms for the treatment are very clean and organised well.
They practiced a good job on me and i m so grateful that they helped to making me feel better with my back problems. Only thing I don't like much is the changing of person that treat you. I would like to have the same person who started the session to me from the beginning and knows my problem.

I cannot recommend Proback more highly. I went in there walking like a person who had an ‘accident’ and over the weeks of treatment I can now enjoy walks with my dogs again.
