This is our second car bought through priory automotive. Really impressed with them both times. Mike took the time to listen to what we wanted - was patient when we changed our minds and wanted to look at a different type of car - no pressure, and really helpful. Would strongly recommend Mike and the team.

Priory made our experience of buying a new car so easy. We were able to say exactly what we wanted. They sourced the car, checked it over, delivered it to our door, (even on the Isle of Wight) and took our old car in part exchange. Mike communicated with us very regularly during the process and was very quick in responding to any emails and phone calls. They have also been very happy to answer our queries in the weeks following the sale which we have really appreciated. Knowing this company is run by Christians gave us peace of mind that we could trust them.

It's so helpful to know that Mike is there and is willing to give advice and make suggestions about a possible new car without putting pressure on. When he 'just happened to have' the ideal car for me and would take my current car (which he had previously supplied) in part exchange it was a load lifted. He rang to fix a time for delivery and collection and the driver arrived on time. He was cheerful and helpful in introducing me to the new car. I had wanted to change my car for the last year and somehow had felt very ill at ease about doing it this time. This went on for at least a year . I did visit one or two places. In the end I was given the number of Priory Automative by my sister in law and family.

Because the last time I changed my car Priory was so friendly and efficient, I used them again. (I last changed my car ten years ago, which shows what a good car Mike found for me last time). And I now have another excellent car, very well presented - it looked as good as new. Very good value, a fair price for my last car in part-exchange, friendly yet efficient and prompt communications, ll questions answered, car driven to my drive and the old one driven away, no anxieties: I can't think of any point that requires animadversion. This was my second time for approaching Priory Automotive for an exchange of cars as the first time was an excellent experience. This second occasion was no different and Mike was once again very attentive and efficient in looking after my needs.
