Supplied an image to print passport photos, these morons enlarged it to A4 making the prints useless.
Terrible service Express delivery took 4 days.

I ordered some A1 posters and they arrived with a white border around them. I wrote to them to explain that posters shouldn't have a border and they said it says on their website that it will not have a bleed. Well, it must be in the very very fine print as I can not find that. If it would have been more obvious then I wouldn't have ordered. That's probably why they hide it. Scam artists.

My prints have come out completely unusable due to the image quality being apparently low. The customer service has been shocking, just a copy paste of the T&Cs. You do not get any preview of the images you will be receiving either. I have taken the exact same images to another printing company and have received amazing quality with the same size print.
It's far cheaper to instead just go somewhere else in the first place.

Print Online were super quick in printing and delivering my books. Price was superb too. There was a small discrepancy in my printing (miscommunication I think), and after emailing them my concerns, they responded the same day and reprinted and sent my new books within a day. Would highly recommend this service.

Not long after making my order I got a phone call checking on part my order about sizing. The staff member was so helpful making sure I got what I wanted about the sizing I explained that I wanted to frame the series of Bee pictures in matching black frames. They turned out great and look fantastic in the simple black frames.
I also ordered a larger print of a well known painting, Monarch of the Glen, that I had ordered the download of some time ago. They printed it as large as they possibly could to fit the paper. I was very happy with how the beautiful Stag turned out, as beautiful as the original.
I will definitely order from Printonline.au again.

I ordered marketing material from Vistaprint and printonline.au. Three days later my printonline.au order arrived, but my Vistaprint order hasn't even been shipped yet! The print quality is great and my only regret is that I didn't order everything from printonline.au

Working with PrintOnline is more than getting a cheaper price. I find working them quite convenient as you don't have to leave the comfort of your home or office, thus saving you time. I came across print online when looking for a cheaper option to print over 200 pages for a family tree document. I need 2 copies and in colour. Print online delivered my order promptly. The package was packed safely. A far cheaper option than other companies. Highly recommend!

After accepting AND confirming the order, the next day I received an email advising that I was required to pay more money, because they wanted me to use a higher quality print option for part of my order. I did not need this.

Now, my printing is delayed,the rest of my order is on hold, and there is no way to contact them over the phone for assistance. Most of the positive reviews on this site also are suspicious with respect to their timing, as they often appear on the same date as the official account responses.

These guys are fantastic. Website is easy to navigate. Communication and staff are great, I had an issue with uploading a file and they sorted me out in a jiffy. Received my booklet the next day and extremely happy with the quality of print and their prices are so good. I will be using them again. Very happy customer

I came across Printonline whilst looking for an affordable option when printing big prints... I took a gamble - and ordered 12 prints which were delivered the next business day. I am so impressed with their quick service and decent prices - other companies want much more for a simple print, and I think Printonline's ordering and uploading portal is fantastic and so quick and easy to use! By far one of the best print companies ever!

As someone who has a graphic business of their own, the consistency in my many orders and quick turn around time is unmatched to other companies I've used in the past.

They do have Important Customer Responsibilities for each customer to read before the order is sent through which as a first time customer definitely helped me get a good understanding of what the print outcome will be like with the straight forward information provided.

The customer service is great! Quick replies and very helpful when it comes to the many questions I had prior to placing my first order. Will definitely recommend!
