Very easy to order, loads it templates to choose from and arrived very fast

Several weeks after paying for business cards I discovered my order had yet to be processed, and then printing.com admitted they don't issue printed proofs. I am waiting for I full refund, and won't be using this company again.

I like printing.com and have used them for years. I would like to give 5 stars except the fact they use DHL Delivery. DHL seem reliable but their email / text advice is completely rubbish and entirely hopeless. "your package will arrive at X time!" is daft. We are running a business. We have multiple locations. We have lots of deliveries. Am I supposed to be psychic?? Which package is arriving, WHERE? The notification has no details of the sender, no details of where it is going, or to whom, which is completely hopeless. Printing.com should use a less obscure delivery company or encourage DHL to change their absurd policy of sending daft meaningless notifications that only cause confusion and wasted time for then we need to find out - WHO is the delivery from? and WHERE is it coming to? As I said before we are not psychic. The printing is great! Perhaps printing.com could take over the delivery notification - an email would be helpful!! perhaps when it leaves the press works?? - and that at least would be helpful. The DHL routine is hopeless. Other delivery companies send a message saying you are getting a package at postcode XYZ from company ABC at whatever time. Why DHL can not do the same is beyond understanding. Talk about not bothering to use available technology properly. Hopeless.

The templates are easy to use. Efficient service with email being sent to confirm everything is correct before printing commences. Delivery ahead of scheduled date. Always pleased with what we receive (we use Printing.com regularly).

I cannot recommend them enough. Amazing quality labels and stickers. They got a replacement order to me super quickly following an issue with the courier which meant I managed to hit a deadline I would have otherwise missed. I am now a regular customer.
