Excellent service and products
I recently received my order from Printerland and I’m very happy with my purchase. The printer arrived quickly and was easy to get up and running.
The service I received was brilliant. Luke the Sales Account Manager who I dealt with was especially helpful, he explained everything clearly, helped me through the order process, and made sure I had all the information I needed. I felt valued and supported throughout. As someone who is autistic, it made a big difference to have my questions answered properly without feeling pressured or rushed.
This is my second purchase from Printerland in the last 6 years, and I like to stick with businesses I know and trust. I really appreciate everyone’s help and would happily recommend them to anyone wishing to buy a printer or associated items from them.

After comparing Brother printers
After comparing Brother printers on the Printerland web site, I contacted their pre-sales helpline to clarify a few points regarding the MFC-J5955DW. The call was answered promptly and the sales representative provided me with all the further information I requested in a friendly manner which enabled me to make my decision. I placed my order later that evening on line. I was contacted early the following morning to confirm my order and check order details etc. The printer and additional ink cartridges were delivered promptly in good condition. I was contacted a day later by email to ensure everything arrived safely. I have no complaints with the service, which was professionally carried out from pre-enquiries to delivery.

The price quoted for the printer was very good and the best I could find despite checking with a number of suppliers.
Placing the order was easy with excellent confirmation, updates and next day delivery.

After much searching around other suppliers I ordered the printer from this company. The transaction went without a hitch but I was surprised that for a printer costing over £800 I had to pay postage. However, it arrived very quickly and lots of communication throughout. It was bought for use in a Men’s Shed.

Excellent advice and customer service
I had a couple of questions regarding the purchase of a photo printer and these were answered promptly, without bias and most importantly without any pressure to upgrade to a more expensive model. Perfect for my small buisness
