Five Star Company with Fantastic Pre and Post Sales Advice
Printerland has a tremendous pre Sales Service along with free Next Day Delivery. Once the printer was delivered, the Post Sales Department contacted me immediately to ensure that the item and delivery were satisfactory. Great After Sales Care. Finally, my printer needed to be registered and connected to the Brother MPS internal system which Printerland actioned and executed for me. Outstanding. Highly Recommended.

Pleased with HP Envy
I ordered an HP Envy 6520E which arrived on time and works well. I like the small touchscreen which was helpful when setting up the device. Also the paper feed tray is much easier to use than trying to seat a bunch of A4 sheets in a vertical feeder.

First time simplicity.
I found the site easy to navigate, and simple to find what I required. It arrive within the period stated with no problems. All easy answers straight forward. Interaction with staff was helpful and polite and to the point, giving you confidence in. the service.

Excellent customer service
We ordered two Epson 5805 printers. We struggled with payment from our end and the salesperson at Printerland was extremely helpful. The printers were delivered on time, the prices competitive. We are returning customers and highly recommend Printerland.

Excellent Printerland Service
The service I received from Printerland was excellent. My order was placed quickly, I received confirmation of my order within minutes, I had an email confirming the delivery date, and it was delivered in a timely manner. Great pricing. Even better service.
Needed a printer. Bought one on Printer land one evening for slightly less than Amazon. And glad I did. They rang the next day and recommended a different printer for the same price which used cheaper toner and had better features. Rare to get service like that these days. Printer turned up next working day. All up and running. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I was nervous about returns. Printerland answered phone in seconds, arranged collection next day, and refund was in my account following day, not a peep or question from them. They made what could have been a nightmare smooth and effortless. Will definitely come back to shop here.
