Amazing customer service

They Checked i was happy with design, resized it and optimised the layout for me.
I missed their email checking everything before printing and when i found it they pushed it through as a priority for me and even delivered next day.

It finished the kitchen perfectly and created a real centre piece

Would highly recommend and will use them again

Great customer service. Helpful and good advice.
Final product is outstanding and cannot wait to have kitchen installed and splashback as centre stage.

Amazing company very helpful and contact you before doing the picture splash back to confirm what you ordered was correct and edited with ideas if you missed something or need it aligned slightly would use them again

Was absolutely an excellent service.
There were so many amazing options,as soon as I saw ‘the one ‘, I had to order it . Fits in perfectly with the scheme I chose for the house.

Had a really good experience dealing with Lorraine, whose customer service was absolutely outstanding. The kitchen splashback arrived on time and looks great. Overall couldn’t be happier and have just ordered a basin splashback for cloakroom too.

great product v good customer service
v helpful will use again

Brilliant company, I would highly recommend to anyone. From their website and huge and I mean huge amount of designs to choose from to their customer service everything was spot on. I dealt with Lorraine from customer service who went out of her way to help me, big thanks. The product itself is well made good thickness of glass compared to others and very clear and vivid. Will definitely be ordering again for more kitchens splash backs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really pleased with the service and product from this company. Customer service is superb, friendly and helpful when I called to query some details on the order placed for kitchen splashback. Quick turnaround on order and excellent communication. Would highly recommend.

Products are excellent quality and the photos are great quality when enlarged, no problem with process at all, excellent customer service which is a positive as i have experienced some very poor CS recently from a national multi million pound kitchen company!

Thoroughly recommend

Sent a photo that I thought was fine, Lorraine messaged and pointed out a shadow that would have spoilt the image, she managed to find the same image and got back in touch to ok it, which we did, the end product is fantastic, Lorraine showed great customer skills and save us having to find another image, employee of the month, thanks Lorraine

One cheerful telephone call sorted out the image layout and my concerns over shipping. Emails confirmed receipt of order, layout and preview, cutting of glass’ printing and shipment.
Cannot fault finished product and service.

Absolutely gorgeous image. Easy to order, loved that you could see it in situ before buying, able to adjust print to suit, delivered when promised and really well packaged. Love it

I had a photo which I was keen to use for my splash back. The company was enthusiastic and keen to help giving personal help to use it despite it not really being top quality.
The staff went the extra mile to reassure me she would do all she could and true to her word she managed to process it.
My Splashback was delivered promptly and beautifully wrapped to avoid any damage.
Great Service

Great company. The photo i sent them wasn't quite right so they contacted me and we're able to sort it. Great product and great service.
Highly recommend

Ordered from this company a cooker splashback, online. Measuring guide was easy to follow.
Chose the splashback, ordered it it came in 7 days. Excellent service.

Got a customised splash back for my new kitchen. It looks amazing. Really the centre piece. Beautiful finish and a real clear print of our photo. Well worth the cost. Arrived quickly and well package. Would definitely recommend. Thanks so much. Really happy!!

The website is really easy to use and provides all the required info with great photos. The service by email from the company responding to queries and questions is excellent. The splashback is really beautiful and very good quality and easy to fit. We are very happy! Thank you.

We absolutely love our photo splashback! It's a real focal point of our new kitchen and people often ask us where we ordered it from. I couldn't believe a photo taken on my phone would look good and not blurry, but I emailed the company and Lorraine reassured me that the file I had uploaded was looking good at the size we needed. We really enjoy telling people about the special place in the photo. Thank you!

I uploaded my own photograph and ordered a kitchen splashback 1000x700. It arrived today on the estimated date that I was given when I placed the order. The quality is fantastic. My photograph is still very clear after being enlarged by such a large amount. It looks stunning in situ. I am delighted with the overall experience and product and would highly recommend this company.

Amazing splashback for our utility, the colours are bright and crisp and better than expected, delivery on time and really well packaged, excellent pricing and am now thinking of other places for more! We also got matching coasters and equally good quality. The ability to adjust your picture to how you want to see it is really useful and easy to use. Thank you x
