great service and great ink, have used them for 6 years and excellent every time

Have used Prink since May 2011 and the service has been excellent. In that time I have ordered 46 complete sets of cartridges for Canon printers which must be about 250 cartridges and I have only had one that was faulty, the rest worked perfectly. Since a complete set from Currys is £69 and from Prink under £10 and you get it the next day it is a no brainer. Ian

Delivery is prompt, the ink has always worked well in my Epson printer and is very reasonably priced. You can customise your order and if you need to get in touch, you receive a timely and personal response. I recommend Prink.

Been using Prink for a few years now. The cartridges have always worked without problem
I have Canon and Epsom printers. The Epsom very occasionally blocks up but is cleared after one clean cycle
The delivery is excellent and if ordered early enough will be there next day
In summary I have never had a problem with the inks or with Prink themselves

I don’t use much ink but have ordered from Prink for a number of years and everything is fine till you have faulty cartridges. I had a faulty cartridges which yes they did replace when I ordered more . But at the beginning of July I had a whole set that would print at all, I emailed them and I said I would post them back to be inspected. Graham said it was the way they had been stored and the order I took the tabs off !!! I did not agree. He said that once they have been stored correctly they where ok , I asked if they where fit for purpose would he return them or replace please. He said he would send out with my next order. I do not have the confidence to order from them again and he wants me to pay the postage again. Not a happy customer. 😡

Been using their service for years. Easy to work out which ones to order, great prices and inks are great. Delivery is quick. Highly recommended.

Ordered an extensive range of cartridges late afternoon, order arrived on the West Coast of Scotland, next morning !... As usual the ink quality was as good as the Canon originals .....

Having experienced the utter frustration of my Epson RX500 multi ink cartridge printer/scanner telling me the ink is out on one cartridge,others are low (On more than one occasion) when you can clearly hear the ink sloshing around in all of them I finally ordered a cartridge reset tool. Got it from Prink, the lowest price I could see at £7.40 via Ebay.
Am I a happy bunny or what ! Worked a treat. Price was great , communication good, delivery fast. Last time I needlessly replace cartridges and waste perfectly good ink.

Ordered Epson cartridges Thursday 12.45pm - received next morning by 1st. class post.

I have bought set HP364 cartridge from Prink but i recommended not to buy from them as their cartridge only last you for about 8 pages print

Used this company a couple of times now and ink is always very good. Had a slight problem with delivery of last order (seemed like a Royal Mail error) and Prink customer Service were always very fast to reply and help sort the issue out. Will always be my 1 place for printer ink.

My printer would not recognise a cartridge. I emailed at night and received a reply first thing next morning. It was assumed to be a faulty chip. I ordered a new set and a replacement for the faulty cartridge was included with my order, which arrived in 2 days. The replacement installed immediately.

I cannot fault this company's customer service. Very impressive.
