Rude! Avoid this business
Wrong price gun sent after first order, aged to purchase a second gun with labels etc only to receive the exact same product. Called customer service to exchange only to be told I need to pay in full for shipping which was clearly the rude customer service guys fault... Hiding behind T&C's. Avoid this rude person!

Rude, unhelpful, unfriendly man answered the phone!
What an awful customer service!! They are promoting their phone number and customer service on the website, encouraging you to get in touch if you have any questions, but the minute you call them, an extremely unfriendly and unhelpful man answers the phone and gets annoyed with every question you ask him, making you feel stupid and uncomfortable for calling and asking questions. At one point he was even copying my voice back to me, implying how stupid my comment was. Unbelievable!! Call was made on 11.04.24 around 11.30am. This person should not be allowed to work with customers. I would never buy anything from this company!

I've used them a few times now and never had a problem. Their label printing service is good and it's handy especially as I buy my APN applicators from them.

Stay away from this company before you regret
definitely not recommend to use this company as i order my label on Monday (with calling to confirm that they are on stock for delivery on Tuesday) with confirmation of next day delivery. then on Tuesday, about 3.30pm received a call saying that it is out of store and only can do part of my order (said will deliver on Wednesday) and the rest can do it by next week.
i do need it as urgent therefore i am give a call to confirm that it is in stock and i can get it on time (which it is on Tuesday).
They are not value the customer at all.

Service has gone downhill.
We used to use Pricegunland frequently with no problem, but our last experience was awful. Had to ring a premium 0870 number to discuss a some more personalised labels only to be kept on the phone so he could take my details and get someone to get back to me because he was the night shift and didnt know much. Nobody did, so I had to ring back the next day. Rang again and asked if they could ring me right back so I didnt incur more phone charges, and they refused. Kept me on the phone going over all my details again and what I wanted, to be told again that someone would ring me. Of course, they never did, so I've gone to a competitor, where the service was impeccable, and I already have my order!

I am sorry to hear you feel you have had a bad experience with us.
I have looked back a our logs and can see I rung you back on the 19.10 as I could not get through to you on the Tuesday.
When discussing with you on the telephone you require a 26x12mm label to work in a 2 line alpha numeric labeller, as these labels and guns do not work together you said you would have to look into and get back to us if you needed anything further.
I would also like to confirm our 08706 260315 is not a premium rate number and is only charged at local rate.
Couldn't have done more
I'm pretty sure it would be impossible to improve on customer service.
Emails were answered within minutes and very helpful, the product I ended up buying was less expensive than the one I was enquiring about and I received it next day.
Top marks, how selling online should be done.

Cannot fault Pricegunland's service, I ordered at 3pm and it still arrived the next day. The website was easy to use and found what I was looking for straight away using the search bar at the top of the page.
