I bought a ticket and had to change dates. As I basically was being told that changing the seats would cost me the same to buy new tickets I decided to get the tickets refunds and bought the new tickets outright. As the time of cancellation I was told the cancellation fee and time line with was 12 weeks. This seemed absurd but as get a refund done was a better financial choice in terms of money coming back etc. I proceeded with the refund. First it was a nightmare to get the refund processed . You can never get hold of people and whole process seems very dodgy to be honest. Anyway fast forward 12 week later I still had to chase them to get thr refund done and even then try trying to short change me by not providing the whole refund and then after numerous emails and call I got my money back . This whole ordeal took me 17 weeks and various email and threat of prosecution to achieve this feat . My word of advise do not go with guys. Because if something goes wrong you and you need a refund . Say goodbye to your money.

First time when I contacted PB holidays,my call was transferred to Bikrant and Bikrant was very friendly, polite and very respectful while getting the booking and prices for us. I felt felt very safe while paying for the tickets. During his absence Binod without any hesitation helped me through few changes, Next time I will definitely consider PB holidays to book my next holidays and will ask for Bikrant.

Disappointing Experience with Price Beat Travel

I recently booked flight tickets for my parents through Price Beat Travels, opting for what was advertised as flexible tickets.
However, when I attempted to change the flight dates due to unforeseen circumstances, I was shocked to discover that the tickets were not as flexible as promised.
Despite reaching out to Price Beat Travels for assistance, their customer service proved unhelpful and unresponsive. To make matters worse, I was charged extra for the supposed flexibility that they failed to honor. Their suggestion to book new tickets instead of addressing the issue is not only inconvenient but also reflects a lack of accountability.
This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with Price Beat Travels, I would caution others to don't trust this agency with their travel plans.
The discrepancy between advertised flexibility and the reality of their services has eroded my confidence in their professionalism and customer Service.

It was a nice experience to deal with Ruhi from Pricebeat Travels. We had to partially cancel our ticket and convert it to an open one as my wife had to travel back to Australia due to work commitments.
Ruhi was very professional and liaised amazingly well with Singapore Airlines.
Thanks for all your help.
I’ll highly recommend Pricebeat Travels as well as Ruhi for all your future bookings.

Great service, I have booked tickets with the help of Vandana, got me a good deal. Thanks for the service.

Thanks to PriceBeat Travel who assisted me to make my journey possible with reasonable price . Especially thanks to their hard-working staff RASHMI MAM who helped me every time whenever I had any enquiry regarding my tickets. Every time she was very polite and patient, and gave me the solution to my query. Thanks RASHMI MAM and thanks to Pricebeat Travels.

What made my experience so good well that was easy I had a great person dealing with me her name is Isha so friendly nice voice very helpful and very prompt in her service I was very impressed with her strictly doing her best for me in the flight that I needed. she is very helpful not like other companies they don't seem to show care but she was incredible what a wonderful person you got working for your company I certainly will be doing more business in the future with you because of her but I'll be directly calling her because she seems to be a special person hard to find people like that who works with so much passion thank you for the great experience
Please pass my appreciation to Isha she is definitely number one

Sachin was very helpful organising my air ticket through Singapore e airlines from Brisbane to Colombo and back

Good work

The accomodating nature of the staff, especially Mr Ajay as well as their ability to strive in order to provide the best possible customer service experience and was greatly appreciated along with the great prices they have to offer.

Do not trust these people. I booked a 1 way ticket to London with Thai airways through these people but then Covid happened. To cut a long story short I never got my money back & whenever I tried to use it as credit it seemed my initial outlay for my 1st fare just disappeared. When I went to check out the business in person I found the building empty & looked like a business had not existed there for a very long time. Nowadays they text me with offers & whenever I speak to them it us almost impossible to understand them. Also when I ask them where their business is located I never get a response. Finally if u read the reviews very carefully do u really believe they are from genuine former clients...I think most of them are fictional. If u want to throw away your money or have major headaches if u need to change anything with your booking then go ahead. If not steer well clear of these scammers.

I am very happy with Price Beat Travels. I am really appreciate for your Service and staff. Rashami helped a lot and really appreciate for her. I would like suggest my friends about Price Beat Travels.
