Twice now I ordered exactly same…
Twice now I ordered exactly same product in the same size just different colour, and they’re completely different fit/size. Customer service wants pictures and measurements provided as evidence. How about you just measure your items and make sure size 10 is same in all colours. Think that’s me done with Pretty Lavish since I have to pay for delivery and refunds when the products sizing is unreliable. PL491924

If a product is reported to be a different size our customer care team will want to investigate to establish the cause of the variation.

So disappointed with Pretty Lavish
So disappointed with Pretty Lavish. I ordered a dress on the 4 July paying for next day delivery, it has still not been sent and it is the 9 July. I’ve contacted customer service and have not received a response. This dress was for a wedding and I have reservations it will arrive. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering, this is my first order with PL and will not be ordering again. I would like an update from PL as to whether my order which has been paid for will ever be sent to me. If not I would like a refund. I will never be ordering from this company again.
