Very good communication.

Very good communication.
My Cartier watch is beautiful and was delivered earlier than I expected.
Saved over £400 compared to RRP.
Would definitely recommend precision time.

I'm giving 3 stars would have been more but feel when spending 500+ to then pay for delivery is a bit excessive also lack of communication, after 2 almost 2 weeks I emailed for an update only then did I get updated info

Thank you for your feedback on your order. We are sorry you feel that the service did not meet your expectations, however we have delivered your item within the 2-4 weeks that was displayed on our website.

You ordered online 14th June and we sent an email confirmation 15th June stating your watch needed to be sourced and the delivery window was 2-4 weeks which meant that delivery to you could be up to 14th July

I see that you contacted us the once on 27th June (around 13 days into the order) and we immediately repsonded to you 15 mins later that your watch had just arrived to our supplier that day so we were able to pickup the watch and receive it 28th June to our office

On 28th June we received the watch as planned and we contacted you to dispatch it for next day delivery to you to receive 29th June (2 weeks into the 2-4 week window so it was well within the quoted delivery window). A SMS message and email was sent to you with the tracking number also.

We feel that our service has been exemplery as expected of us and we hope that your total saving of £83 compared to the high street price is well worth the waiting time for this watch and delivery costs

Good service - would use again.

I was dubious of this website to begin with, as I had previous bad experiences buying expensive watches on line, especially when the watch has to be ordered from a third party supplier. However, Precision Tim communicated clearly and regularly, informing me every time the status of my order changes. The watch arrived reasonably quickly (about two weeks from order to delivery) and was as expected...at a competitive price.

Excellent product and service

Excellent product and service. Had left it late to purchase a watch as a birthday present - contacted by phone and was reassured that the piece could be obtained from their supplier and sent to me within my deadline date. First class communications by e-mail over status of order and delivery details. On top of such great service was the price - considerably lower than high street stores. Would highly recommend and commend

Excellent service.

Precision time are a very efficient and professional company. I bought my bride to be a beautiful gucci watch and they delivered well within the estimated waiting time. It was delivered and presented very well indeed. I would not hesitate to buy from precision time again.

Nice to do shopping with you

Nice to do shopping with you. I received what I ordered, the product was properly delivered and within the time promised. In addition, the watch was inspected before the delivery to avoid waste of time with defective products. I am happy about my choice and the product is original 100%.
