Reason for knocking a star: no option to adjust strap size as part of the purchase process. To be fair, I didn't ask - but having this built into the ordering process would make it really smooth.

When i made the purchase, i didnt hear from Precision time within the first 3 weeks. When i did follow up with them, they were on the case immediately and informed me of the reason why the watch took longer than anticipated. After that, the service was immaculate. They gave me the exact time of delivery and now i have a brand new beautiful time piece packed beautifully in a box and in time for a bday gift. I would not hesitate in going back to Precision time to purchase my next watch. Great service and a brilliant purchase at a good discounted price.

Top service. Easy to speak to and prompt delivery...

I, like many buying from suppliers who don't necessarily carry items in stock, was nervous when ordering a new watch from a relatively unknown to me supplier.

However, with a good discount being offered and what seemed to be a solid trust pilot score, off I went and ordered a new Longines.

The flow of email traffic was smooth, and I received my watch a full 10 days earlier than the longest estimate. It had been checked over, time checked and quality assured before leaving them to come to me.

I couldn't be happier with the product or the service.

Credit where it's due. This company sold me a good, genuine watch with a reasonable discount. However the whole communication process was very laboured, the watch took 28 days to get to me - well outside their 5-21 day delivery range. And the disorganisation and miscommunication all the way through was shambolic. Even up until the day of delivery when I was mistakenly told the watch wouldn't be arriving, despite having already arrived at my requested DPD drop off point. Got my watch eventually but will never use the company again.

18/08 - in reference to the response to my review by Precision Time: I did NOT complain on the day of delivery that my watch wasn't being delivered to my home address. I was well aware that I had changed the delivery venue to a DPD pickup point of my preference. I even referenced this in my review! My complaint was due to the fact that on the day of delivery, DPD had sent me an update email via Precision Time which stated they hadn't received the watch so couldn't deliver it at all! I then found out shortly afterwards that it had been delivered to my designated pickup point. Clearly an error in communication either on DPD or Precision Time's part. That was my issue. Not that it hadn't been delivered to my home. Another shining example of Precision Times communication abilities there! You are more than entitled to respond to my review but I will not have my words misconstrewed in the process.

Order anniversary present for my wife.
Communication was excellent, timelines explained, and the watch arrived on time as expected. Packaged extremely well and discrete.
Would prefer they didn't use DPD as courier given past experience but on this occasion it turned up as promised by DPD.
Price was competitive and overall experience very positive.
Will certainly use again

It did take a little while for the watch to arrive, when it was ready to be despatched the information and contact was very good. There was no contact between order confirmation and despatched though, and it was well over 2 weeks. I am very happy with the watch though.

There was a delay as watch not in stock, I was kept informed by email, The watch turned up before the specified time, well pleased.

I bought a beautiful Tag Heuer watch for my other half. Precision time let you know from the outset how long you may have to wait for delivery. They give you regular updates. The price of the watch couldn't be beaten. Watch was new. Price taken on delivery. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

Confess it was with significant apprehension that I ordered a Bell & Ross BR123 Officer Black. I could not find the model I wanted; with an exhibition back, anywhere but it was showing on the web site. Arrived today within the 2-3 weeks stated delivery time.
All appears to be in order down to the Dealer stamped warranty card. I have had regular contact from precision who have responded within the day (normally hour) to any questions or concerns i had.
So great service, great price.

I ordered a T-Touch Expert Solar Titanium Mens Watch, which PrecisionTime were selling for a decent price. They had to order it in, and quoted 2-3 weeks. They actually got it to me in 1.5 weeks. It came via DPD, so they were able to give me a one hour delivery slot. It was very well packed. All in all they feel like a really legit company.
