Ever time I go in to boston poundland the staff are so rude not all of them are but the one I meat at the till extremely are when I asked for help the staff member ruch up to me and gone face to face to me and said what do you what i asked her the till is playing up it did not recognise a charger but after that she whent moved and sorted it but after that she start to argue at a another customer

The Romford Brewey the Staff are wonderful, but Managers Marcus horrible heartless ex boss I work for Poundland 8 years had do my weeks notice I was made redundant and, the Managers only does Delivery when the Delivery comes he never jumps on the tills when Staff rings for help, and he treated me badly never spoke and he ask when was my lost day when doing notice and replaced me quickly with new staff member

I have to laugh to keep my sanity…

Only self service tills open and rude, disinterested staff who had to authorise a purchase of paracetamol. I’ll use the co op next time instead.

Every single time I’m in the place I get my eye wiped shelves wrongly priced and this can’t be by accident it’s constant we need a Home bargains in Abbey Centre . After getting hoodwinked in Poundland you’d be cheaper in M&S

This review is regarding my local store in Barking High Street where I frequently had to pop in.
Staff is unprofessional & rude, shouting at paying customers unnecessary , making vulnerable customers anxious, uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Deployed Security is untrained & unqualified. Body language is like an enforcement officer and thinks he has a privilege to harass anyone by following in the isles for no apparent reason.
The store reflects a corner of 3rd world where harassment & bullying is common practice.
Poundland Customer Relation team is equally inefficient, surely the front and back end staff have been trained and hired using a same recruitment procedure.
I would recommend checking Amazon Prime because most of items are available cheaper and delivered the same day.

Poor experience went into Lichfield store no counters just self serve. Poor like the heart has been ripped out the place..

Manager at corton wood ( ginger male ) was very rude asked me for id for a pack of tweezers and refused me to buy said well I always carry my id when I said I didn’t fetch it … I’m 30 and look 30 what a jobsworth

My newborn daughter wore a baby onesie bought from Poundland for around an hour before concealed pills were discovered hidden inside the foot area. Hampshire Police attended and collected them.

The incident alone was terrifying — but what’s even harder to understand is how a matter this serious has seemingly been ignored for months through poor communication and automated responses.

Love this poundland. Always stocked up. Very clean. I visit my daughter in crewkerne and this is the best poundland. Staff are friendly.

It was very disappointing when Poundland stopped doing their salad pots and we were so glad when we heard they were going to reintroduce them. Unfortunately something has gone wrong in the meantime and the quality of the new salad is awful. Our favourite was the prawn, which had a lovely flavoured sauce and was not just lettuce. The reintroduced one is horrible, there is no flavour in the small amount of sauce and it is lettuce heavy rather than carrot, sweet corn and cucumber.

my friend used a hair brush that was in the reduced section with no tags. The employees made her pay for it. she did not have the money to pay. very unhappy with this situation.

I am a visitor to Salisbury so I don't know the store layout. I asked a store member if the shop sold hand sanitiser. The gravelly voiced woman, snapped, 'there is a sign saying hand sanitiser is out of stock, I'm sick of saying that'. I sincerely hope, until that product is restocked, that dreadful creature is tormented by people hoping to find hand sanitiser.

Absolutely disgraceful and chipped toilet this was Jordan's heating servings penkbridge England but these two bloke came from thorney close Sunderland UK. This is a heating and plumbing firm

Poundland - Snowhill Wakefield is my local store and the staff are amazing there always polite and smiling. Well done to the Snowhill team.

Thu 7 may I went to pay and the stuff scammed us we bought something for 1 pound and 99p but he said that we need to pay 5 pound something

I went in this afternoon. There was a senior man with glasses a well built bloke in appearance he was overseeing the tills .He was the most helpful, polite,considerate and efficient assistant man ive been served by in a very long time .anywhere let alone poundland

Your store in Halifax has brilliant staff and management, always very helpful which shows good training with a smile on their face making it a pleasure to visit
