The product is beautiful, I get a lot of compliments, but it should be a whole lot easier to re-order via the website. Instructions say to call to place a re-order. I called, no one was available to take my call, I had to leave a voicemail. I’m still waiting for a call back two weeks later. I also left an e-message via the website; someone replied but not until way after I was already tired & frustrated with having to wait & had placed a re-order by starting from scratch & placing a “new” order exactly the same as my previous order. It was a pain in the you-know-what but seemingly the quickest way to do it. Next time, if there is a next time, I will go through the same process instead of wasting so much of my time again.

It’s easy enough to find business cards, but I like old fashioned name only calling cards! After a couple of false starts (probably my own fault) I was able to create the card I wanted. I wish you had other similar bordered choices. Very pleased with my cards!

Love the invitations. Though they came without the back design, they were immediately reprinted and sent out very quickly.

The designs available on Polka Dot Design are excellent. I would have given 5 stars, but the paper was so thick I would not feed through my printer. I had to take them to a local commercial printer to have my invitations printed.

Ordering invitations for a sprinkle was so easy. I loved the fact that they send you a sample before you order. This gave me a 2nd look for mistakes. When I got them they came out great and it didn't cost a lot.

The website was easy to use and straightforward. There are lots of designs to choose from. I can't wait to see the finished product!
