Poor customer service and terrible return policy. $34 restock fee on 180$ item, and pay for own return postage, regardless of the reason. Since when was this legal?

When I moved to Sydney, I lost my laptop charger and was looking online for a replacement. I came across Polartech’s Sydney warehouse and found exactly what I needed at a really good price.
I gave them a call and the staff were super helpful in finding the right charger for my laptop. I then walked into their warehouse and picked it up in person, which was really convenient.
I’ve been using the charger for over 10 months now and it’s still working perfectly.
It’s honestly great to find a warehouse like this selling computer and phone accessories at good prices. The service was helpful, the price was good, and I got exactly what I needed.
Definitely a lifesaver when you need something quickly. Highly recommended!

Ordered a battery for my phone. Waited two weeks to see any info about tracking number, but no updates. I contacted them to ask about my item AND.......they asked me to pay more money. In the end they just canceled my order and robbed me. No refund was issued. STAY AWAY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Also they sell FAKE items from China but advertise them as OEM original - THIS IS FAKE and they will steal your money!!!

I purchased a battery case for iphone 12. After 6 months item got faulty and the company provided me with a replacement and advising new part has 1 warranty. After 6 months same battery case got faulty again. this time Polartech was making excuses and arguing it was my fault by overcharging my phone overnight. As electronic technician I can safely say that this is completely no sense. I have chase this up, however the company decided to completely ignore me. What can I say? I experienced poor-quality product and poor customer service. I strongly discourage to purchase from this supplier

I had ordered a new mainboard for my Samsung A50s, but since the part wasn't in stock, it had to be ordered. I inquired after two weeks and received an immediate response. The item arrived after about four weeks, and I installed it. Everything works perfectly, and I'm completely satisfied. Thank you very much.

SCAMMERS: Can confirm, still advertising OEM products and selling aftermarket (that are not even in new condition?)

I just bought a replacement replacement battery for my HP laptop and when it arrived it did not have the HP logo, and all of the writing is in different places. Tried to call them, just rang out and then it said the voice mail box is full. messaged them online 11 days ago, still not seen.

I then looked them up on Reddit and Google reviews and it's clear that they've been doing this for a long time
