Received order within the time frame given when ordered. Order was complete and in excellent condition.

The dress was easy to order and arrived in perfect condition. I didn't realize it would take so long to receive my dress. I ordered it with plenty of time and it actually shipped sooner than sad. No complaints just was surprised at the 3 month shipping time.

I'm a big girl size 18/20 and LOVE shopping online. I typed "plus size wedding dresses" in a search engine and their site popped up. It was love a first site. There were so many choices at wonderful prices! I browsed other sites but was disappointed in there selection and prices. I even emailed plussizebridal.com with suggestions on dresses that I saw on other sites and the started to offer them at much cheaper prices. I fell in love with a Kellan J dress #3005 and watched it for months. It was already cheaper than what I’ve seen on other sites and those other sites were knock offs. This was the real thing!!!
As soon as he proposed I went back to the site and order the dress. To my surprise it was $300 cheaper than when I first spotted it!!!!!!! The order process was easy and I felt at ease ordering such an important item (wedding dress) off the net. The dress came and I was nearly in tears. It was near perfect. I say near because it was slightly small in the bust, which was my own fault, I was measured in a different bra than I wanted to wear. This leads me to talk about their return process. You have to call and get an Auth number and guess what....A live person answers the phone and was very polite and helpful! The exchange was a breeze. The new dress came and I couldn’t be happier! My bridal party and I went shopping at the local dress shops for bridesmaid dresses and found the ones we want but we will be ordering them from plussizebridal.com for almost half the price! I'm on their site weekly looking for new stuff and deciding on accessories. They have everything you could ever need from the wedding day to honeymoon nite!

I was a littel worried ordering 2 dresses through the internet, esp since they were rush orders. But i am pleased to say that my order came exactly when they told me it would, and when i called customer sevice for the tracking number, they called me back immediately...were so nice... i am very glad i ordered through PS Bridal. It saved me a bunch of money, and i would def do it again.

I love this dress. The service was excellent and so was the quality. I would recommend buying from here.

The website is easy to use, and the customer service is friendly. A little confusing if you have to leave a voicemail. Only complaint is that it takes them months to ship the product.

My dress arrived on time with no complications, and it was BEAUTIFUL! Plussizebridal.com was the most inexpensive site for this dress!

I paid the extra $45 to have my dress in 3-4 weeks n i received it 10 weeks later and i also paid for my shipping with the sales rep i was talking to and then when my dress gets to the door turns out i had to pay again at the door shipping! Was not impressed.

I have not yet received my wedding gown, as I am still weeks out from it's delivery date, but my experience with the staff thus far has been wonderful. Janette was extremely helpful in answering my questions about ordering such an important purchase online, and put my mind at ease about the process. I spoke directly to the owner Chris, as well, who was similarly kind and helpful. The price for my dress was similar to the one I was quoted at the NY bridal warehouse where I tried on my gown, but PS Bridal was not charging the $500 (!) rush fee. Huge difference, especially if you are on any budget!

We ordered the bridesmaid dresses from seperate states, so we used this website, instead of a local store to make it easier. The dresses were delivered around the time they were estimated to be, so that was a positive. Once they arrived, however, they were not the color we had ordered. The color on the website was a significantly lighter blue than the ones we recieved. I think there can be a measure of allowance for the fact that items may look differently online than they do it person, but this was not the case. The blue we ordered was obviously not the same blue that we recieved. If the fit wasn't quite right, that can be tailored, but the color cannot be as easily altered.

As I know from being a bridesmaid numerous times before, bridal prices can be extremely high and the dresses often require lots of alterations at additional coasts. When shopping for brudesmaid dresses for my wedding, I didn't want my girls to pay an arm and a leg for a dress that I know they wont wear again,(once it's a bridesmaids dress, it's ALWAYS a bridesmaids dress). So when I found the perfect dress for my beach wedding in a bridal salon and was told that I was going to need to pay the extra $30 rush cut fee per dress to get them in time for my wedding which was still 16 weeks away, I just couldn't bare to ask them to pay that much money on a dress. I started looking online to find a place where I could get these exact dresses for less. That's when I found them on PSBridal.com for $40 less than the ticket price in the salon. I did my research, checked out the better business bureau, and online reviews, and it seemed this was a legit site. I sent an email with some price comparisson questions, and I got a phone call back from the actual owner! He was so nice, told me about his history in the bridal industry and why he started psbridal. He recommended I speak with his ordering manager about the need for rush cut fees. She was wonderful! She assured me I didn't need to rush the dresses that I would have in 10 weeks without paying any extra fees. All in all I can say this was a wonderful expereince! The dresses came right one time, actually a few days early. They were individaully packed very nicely to prevent damage in shipping, and I was able to save my girls over $80 per dress!! I am so glad I did my research and didn't order the dresses in the bridal salon. Thank you psbridal, I have recommended you to several brides.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress after having experienced the worst customer service in a local store. Sales lady took one look at me and stated that no dress from Jim Hjelm Occasions would fit my body type. I returned home crying my eyes out. I found the plussizebridal site and they were God sent. I called their customer service to make sure all my specifications were understood. The sales lady was very nice and understanding. I received my dress couple of months later, and it was exactly how I wanted it. Thanks plussizebridal.

I fell in love with my dress online at psbridal.com and new that I wanted this dress no matter what. It was as easy as ordering it online right away and my dress arrived two weeks later.
It was exactly the same dress as shown in the picture on there website(sometimes you never know what your going to get) I was in total shock at the delivery time seeing as how I am in Canada-two weeks was unbelievable service-and when I phoned customer service to help me track my dress the lady I spoke with gave me the best customer service experience I have ever gotten thus far in my life- she was so helpful and so friendly and funny and it was just the greatest experience ever.
I can not thank this company enough for providing me with the dress that is going to help make my dream come true and that is getting married to my wonderful soon to be husband.

I am was so relieved when I found your website. I had looked everywhere for my dream dress and I couldn't find it anywhere. I finally found it in a small store but felt their price was to high. I went looking online and I found it for the same price as PSBridal but it said I needed to have a rush cut, which cost $150. I was not prepared to spend that much money and it wasn't in my budget. I looked in so many stores and online and couldn't find it anywhere for a good price. I finally found PSBridal which included the rush cut on my dress and was within my budget! I was so happy and I couldn't believe I had found it! To add, I am ordering as a standard size bride and am so grateful for this company!

Dresses were the exact color and fabric that I wanted. They fit true to size. Total time from ordering to delivery was about 9 weeks, 3 weeks earlier than the estimate. I am so happy with these bridesmaid dresses!
