I have been with them a few years, perhaps since they opened. I play daily. I have won and lost regularly, as expected with a casino. I had a host that I developed a friendly relationship with. Most recently, I was congratulated for reaching the next reward level (gold). About a week later, I was told I would no longer be hosted or have VIP status. I have no idea why. I emailed my host twice to ask and had no response. I asked live chat and they said it was an "internal" decision. Honestly, I am quite hurt since I do not think my playing changed (other than a much longer than usual losing streak-several weeks.) Prior to this, I was delighted with this casino and would have given it 4-5 stars.

I have been playing on BVX for over a year and I have nothing bad to say about them. The withdrawal process is great. Within minutes the money is in my wallet. I use the chat now feature and 90% of the time if I ask for a bonus, they provide one. The only time they seem to say no is right after I make a withdrawal. Thats understandable. I have only ever made one deposit that took more than an hour to post, most post within 5 minutes. I plan on playing on BVX and if you are invited, you should as well.

I got invited to the site from bovada..vip host Avary is great. Website live betting is disappointing or I should say cheated…always favor with the house and against the player when line score changed…If I bet Over 2.5 ( for soccer) while bet processing and miraculously they scored in between..bet got error…but if I bet Under and they scored bet got accepted…it happened so many times already its no longer a coincident. Multiple times I bet Over 3.5 near end of game when score was 2-1 making it reasonable to bet over 3.5…minutes later score reversed to 1-1 making it almost impossible to win. I called in and they said should not rely on live score board..Seriously? If we play on your website and its not reliable then is the web even trustworthy? I made deposits multiples times a week but recently web crypto deposit had problem and they havent credit my $720 for over 10 days…10 days. I deposited many times after but this deposit still havent credited. Its not the deposit its but the way bvx financial team handle the issue that raise a red flag…I have no choice whatsoever on the wait..no time frame..etc…what if its a bigger transaction or big bonus payout and they said its an error?
It would be nice if financial team would be this active them i think the problem would have been solved

I have played on BVX’s brother sites for years and was recruited to BVX when it first opened so my review comes with experience. BVX has some really cool old school games that you won’t find at many other places plus they have recently added some cool new providers as well so the slot selection is solid. The crypto deposit/Withdrawals have always been quick and easy and I have never had any major complaints there

Customer service has been helpful the few times I’ve had to reach out for help with minor issues and I’ve even spoken to reps on the phone multiple times

The VIP system could definitely use some improvement though and that’s really the only minor complaint I have. The BVX points rake back system is pretty decent though but their lack of not having any kind of weekly, monthly, or daily reload bonus’s is annoying also used to receive BVX points every week or so for the most part and that has gone away as well.

Overall, I am very happy that BVX introduced was introduced into my gaming rotation and it will 100% continue to stay there going forward

I have been playing BVX for many years. I have won and loss a lot of money. They have even forgiven a negative balance due to a credit card issue since I have been aloysl player for so long. I have enjoyed the experience... Until now.
Recently I won a double triple on a game I play often. When the reels finally stopped the game displayed HUGE MEGA WIN $18000 plus. I don't remember the exact number because when I clicked over to withdraw and then clicked back the total winnings now said $908. I submitted for review and was ultimately told that without proof like a screenshot that there is no way to prove. A screenshot would be awesome but I didn't think of it. BVX has always been awesome with paying out and withdrawals and nothing like this has ever happened. They did request the game maker to review the session and of course they said there was no big win. I asked BVX to request the actual footage of the game play, as I know they record most games and definitely big wins, so that it can be verified that I did win. Was told that is not an option. I know I won. I been playing long enough to know. But since BVX refuses to demand to see the actual replay of the winning moment there is no way to prove it and I was cheated out of my winnings. All it would take is for them to view the recording and the will see the winning screen where it says CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE WON $18000 and then they would have to pay it out.
I suspect that while they were in my account to adjust for the negative balance it effected my winnings as I was told that that happened within minutes of my winning.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?

The only bonuses come from a "daily wheel spin" in which you deposit $100 and for 7 days that gives you a whopping $5 or $10 for 90% of your spins. With sports betting, if you have any winning month you'll be limited to $4 bets the way my account has been restricted to for the past few months. 3 stars

I typed in BVX Casino into Google to log into my BVX account, I noticed the second feed was trust pilot in my search so came to see reviews. Honestly I'm shocked at the low rating score. Legit they are one of my favorites, and I could go on and on with positives. Maybe people only leave reviews when they have bad experiences, I'm leaving 5 stars for exceptional customer service, (they go above and beyond, at least my host Mei has) five stars for very generous gifts and reward points bonuses, I've had the most amazing bonuses, and they have always come as a surprise (they are not stingy small ones), marketing sends out random surveys from time to time that also reward $50 to $100 in reward points for about 5 minutes of your time. Of course I don't win all the time, but I don't on any site I play that's how gambling goes. If I lost mass amounts on one site, I really can't fault the site for that. It's on the player, change up your strategy, add in more variety, I've won plenty on BVX and not small amounts either. I've redeemed multiple thousands many many times, and arrives minutes after I've requested it. I literally can't think of one negative thing or issue I've had on BVX, seriously shocked that their rating is so low. Sharing this because they deserve some positive feedback, i find them to be superior in all the areas I rated, in comparison to ignition, slots.lv , I can't think of one complaint. I would be heartbroke if bvx no longer existed 5 well deserved stars.

i emailed about an issue and no one ever addressed it. I complained and they offered to have my agent call me. I accepted and she never called me or emailed me at all. i complained about that and the chat agent disconnected the chat. i complained about that and they offered a bonus. i accepted that and they told me there were no bonuses available "in" my account and that as soon as a bonus was available "in" my account they would let me know?? What does that even mean?? I dont have time for that. And the level of stupidity is an insult to my intelligence. You cant have customer service like that with an already subpar service. Unfortunately, I've had to modify this review based on recent experiences. In my initial review, I noted that Bovada/BVX maintain speedy withdrawals, good customer service and generous sports offerings. In particular, the care that their customer service team offered from their "host" team was top of the line and incredibly personalized. Unfortunately, recent experience has shown me that the operators and managers of the site care far less about showing loyalty to their players than they do about seizing a quick profit from them and leaving them out to dry.

For context, I was invited to join BVX in April 2025. I've been a customer of Bovada for longer than that, at least 7-8 years now. Since joining BVX, I have accumulated over 21,000,000 player points, which translates into at least $7,000,000 of play-through on my part (it depends on what games specifically you're playing, so this $7m is likely an underestimate). In addition, 30,000,000 player points on Bovada, adding at least another $10m to my playthrough.

At first, their customer service and host team treated me with the kind of personalized attention that I had mentioned in my initial review: Granting bonuses, taking my calls, adding game lines when I requested them. All within reason, of course: if I had won big that month, bonuses were harder to come by, which made sense. But on most months, I could expect to get weekly bonuses if the volume of my play remained high. My withdrawals were also quite speedy during this time.

However, this all came to an abrupt end recently. With exactly zero explanation and zero notice, I was stripped of my "hosted" or "VIP" status. No longer could I expect to receive any personalized care despite the high amount of volume I maintained, no longer could I expect any kind of bonus no matter how often or much I was losing, and no longer could I reach out to a host to discuss game lines I wanted to see added. After TENS OF MILLIONS of dollars bet - including at least $7m within the last year and a half ALONE - I have now been completely marooned and can no longer receive assistance from anyone except basic CS reps who deny every request and eventually disconnect from you.

I can't say I know why any of this happened. Despite repeated attempts to reach the host team for A SIMPLE EXPLANATION, I have been ignored and other times flat-out told I could not speak to that team. The same team that assisted me nearly daily and willingly gave me help while I dumped tons of money into the site. That same team, which now refuses to even get on the phone with me for a couple of minutes to explain why I lost my status and what I could do to remedy it.

I have come to very much hate this site and will be encouraging players to stay away. Seek greener pastures with BetOnline or a legalized company in the States.

I deposited roughly $800 via an ETH deposit. Typically, deposit shows up within seconds. My deposit has still not shown up. Tread very lightly with this website. It sounds really nice when you get invited, but I can tell you first hand there is not much different from Bovada.

They give you a “host” that will send you a message on the site once a week. You have no way of replying to the message on the website even though your host is asking you questions. I have tried emailing numerous times and received absolutely ZERO responses. I’ve tried every email the host and site have shared.

The biggest joke of this place is the customer service chat, I am convinced that they just have robots with 5 different variations of the same response. I’m still sitting here waiting for my money to show up so I can withdraw it and the only thing customer service can say is, “there is a technical issue, we are working to resolve it. We can offer you 50,000 points”.

Give me a break, what an absolute slap in the face. Hey man, we know you gave us $800 12+ hours ago, we have it, it’s safe, trust us, but since you can’t see any of that deposit, we can give you 50,000 points ($50 that you only have to roll over 5 times, by the way lmao).

Ive sent my deposit via bitcoin, they've confirmed that I sent the money to the correct location and received it. Its been confirmed on the Blockchain for 33+ Hours now. They refuse to credit my account.

They're continuing to claim its a technical issue and they won't credit it until they fix their automation on their side.

Beginning to wonder if this site is a scam / theft ring.

After 43 hrs the deposit was finally delivered. No one ever gave me a reason or apology for the delay. You'd think of they truly were the "VIP" service they claim to be that there would've been some follow up.

Debating if ill ever depoait there again since they cant explain why there was a delay and you never know when youll get your money.

I’ve put well over 1000 hours and dollar amounts I won’t disclose. Yes the site is responsive and payout are quick to process. However I’ve calculated the statistics of my win ratio and lose ratio for regular deposits and bonus play after a withdrawal and when it’s been 3 weeks sense I processed a withdrawal. Odds are good if you have pulls money out but as soon as you do. You will see that the win ratio on bonus play is super high. Unrealistically High!! While win ratio on regular deposits after a withdrawal is not only low but depending on how much you withdrawal the win ratio can be as low as nearly zero. Every time without fail. This website obviously is recouping the money you withdrawal but changing the payout percentage after withdrawals. Facts.

New site, same bullshit as Bovada. Been playing on this site for a few months now and don’t see much difference from Bovada. Gameplay still feels a little manipulated, reasonable wins are few and far between, and probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
