My Japanese maple was in excellent shape when it arrived.

So far so good. This was a deciduous tree so I’ll know in the Spring!

After receiving the Honeycomb Butterfly bush I was surprised of its appearance. It was very dry and wilted looking. I followed the instructions and now five days later there is new growth showing at the base of the dried leaves which makes me feel bad about my first review. So I am feeling somewhat better now about my purchase. A little enclosed note about this plant and it’s possible appearance would have been nice. There is a little statement at the bottom of there instructions about keep watering several times a day if wilted which i have been doing. I had made a attempt by there email to get some more possible help with the plant and still haven’t received any reply or this may have been a five star.

Ordered Pacific Juniper from PlantingTree and receieved them right away - in 2 days. They arrived in excellent condition and the plants are very healthy. I will certainly order from them again.

Have to say I was pretty impressed when I unpacked this. It was seven feet tall and in fantastic shape. Strong and sturdy; I couldn’t have bought anything better in person from a local greenhouse.

The trees arrived very quickly and looked great. Very healthy. I've never ordered trees online before so I was a little hesitant. But I was definitely impressed. Exactly as described. Got them in the ground the next day. I will definitely order again.

I ordered two Eastern Redbuds, paid for a warranty, and asked that they please choose full, well-shaped trees. They arrived with leaves full of black spots and holes. One's shape was okay, the other was scrawny, with a trunk that wasn't straight, and with a weird, sparse branch pattern that formed a "V" instead of being well spread and full. It was truly pathetic. I called and complained, and they deflected my concerns, telling me the black spots were cosmetic (they looked very much like fungus to me) and that I should wait to see how the tree fills out in spring. I found this absolutely unsatisfactory!

Shrubs arrived in good shape. When I had issues with a few of them, they handled correctly and are very easy to do business with.

Fast shipping and just as described. I can’t be sure yet but I think this planting is better than in previous years. I used the fertilizer as well. Can’t wait until next spring to see how much better it is than in the past

The shopping experience seemed easy, but it didn't mention anything about a warranty or the option to purchase an extended warranty for the trees. The quality of the trees was a little off as well. A couple of them didn't make it, more than a month. We reached back out to Planting Tree who was quick to inform us we were not warrantied and there was nothing they were willing to do. Then they made it seem like they were doing us a favor by offering us 50% to rebuy and ship new trees, but when I dug a little deeper on their site, I found that was their standard of how they dealt with their defective plants that didn't survive. So needless to say we were disappointed and will not be purchasing any further plants from them...when Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, and probably every other nursery offers a 1-year guarantee standard.
