Difficult to know how it was going to come from the website but my expectations were exceeded. I purchased this as a gift for a friend and she was thrilled. The personal note I requested was attached to one of the brances on the tree, it was beautifully hand written and not just printed, I thought that was a really nice touch. Fantastic customer service who were easy to contact, delivered to schedule. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

The plants were delivered 6 days late some of top leaves of the rubber plant were broken and damaged it was mentioned to me that another houseplant would be delivered at the same time as an apology for the delay so having spent over £750 with you l wouldn’t say l was happy with your service.

Delivery process was excellent: I could select the date, the delivery was well communicated including specific 2hr window and was on-time. The large plants also came without packaging - what a relief after having to get rid of tones of cardboard packaging from other deliveries.

It could be a matter of luck, but the shape and condition of the 2 indoor trees we ordered was excellent I thought.

The pyracantha I ordered looked great on delivery, but it has been dropping leaves ever since it was delivered - not great considering the price I paid and especially as there’s a no return policy. Not sure I would use Plant Drop again.

The plant I ordered was not available.
They offered me a replacement with another tree which is very nice.
It was more expensive but they took the difference.
