Excellent customer service and stunning statuesque plants. I have ordered several times over the previous years. This year’s bundle includes a constellation of instagram favourites including the much desired Shady Lady Olive tree. The most beautiful tree
The most beautiful tree. It’s exceeded expectations and we are so pleased. Delivery was on time and great to. Potting service isn’t available unless you buy a pot from plant drop which was a shame. Would 100% recommend plant drop for the quality.

I am incredibly impressed with the customer service and quality of Plant Drop. I ordered two large plants from them and when it came time for them to deliver them, I was called a few days beforehand because the plants they had in the shop weren't quite up to standard and they wanted to ask if I would be willing to wait for the next shipment (a few days later). They offered to bring me temporary plants if I was having an event (which I declined as I wasn't) and was quite happy to wait for better plants!
When they came a few days later than my original delivery date, I was delighted with the quality!! They're beautiful and look exactly like what I was expecting. They're planted perfectly and everyone was so kind.
