Hugely disappointed by my online purchase that I just received. (Order number 272347) All crackers are crushed to bits and I had bought them to give to a friend.

Planet Organic is a gorgeous shop with the best selection of quality organic / gluten free products that it's hard to find anywhere else. Caring smiley staff. Paid parking outside the door (nw3). Have recommended this branch to friends.

I’m am so upset really was looking forward to getting organic fresh fruit and veg to spend £50 on what looked good products to get home and have Moldy out of date food tomatoes was past sell by date by 2days which I should of looked but didn’t think would be on shelf and coconut was pure moldy in side it’s was disgusting kewi was off when cut open chills had mild along with the rest I brought and I wouldn’t be able to get refund as I got home and used product would of been to late to take have cut vegetables :(

Really great offering, especially for someone with dietary restrinctions. Very expensive though, even for organic.

It was my first time shopping with Planet Organic, I have Been taking protein powered for a few years changed my brand and decided to buy from this company. Having placed a large order for the powders I realized I had made a mistake, having got in touch with the company I was speaking to someone called Ophelia and the customer service and helpfulness I received from Ophelia was second to none, we had

many emails back and forth and each and every time it wasn’t a problem and my issue was resolved very swiftly, because of this I am a customer for life and will not look anywhere else to buy my protein powder.

Good range of products with high quality. However prices are very prohibitive.

Good products and variety, I discovered a lot of new things there. Only place I can get keto products in my neighbourhood. Downside: really high prices, even for organics.

Planet organic !! Let me down do not deal with this company , Christmas Eve order was cancelled, had ordered crab for Christmas Day , no time to find replacement, this is planet of the apes , monkey run , stay well clear

Excellent company, very good choice of supplements. Delivery is always on time. I love it that they stock “Pure encapsulations” supplements which are always out of stock elsewhere.

Love shopping at Planet Organic. They don't always have what I want but overall good quality food at affordable prices

Ordered 2x milk thistle Vogel tablets. Paid for next day delivery. Heard nothing from them for 8 days and apparently they are arriving today 11/8. Still took the 7 pounds for next day. Not a great service

Planet Organic is one of the best shops I've visited so far. They've got a wide range of products and customer service is good as well. A number of products are overpriced and can be found cheaper in other shops but overall it is a great shopping experience. The cafe serves delicious organic foods and drinks, but it could use some improvements.

Terrible customer service!! ordered fresh goods a week ago which costs an extra £5 for cold delivery and had to specifically nominate a day for delivery.
I chose this Wednesday, Waited all day only to find out they sent an email the night before stating they had run out of stock ??? so I got less then 24 hrs notice to reply to a badly written email which contained a kind of ultimatum ?
"Reply to this email by 3pm and you will get free delivery or you will get automatically refunded for this order". Suffice to say I missed this email within the "required" time frame, as believe it or not I'm not attached to my emails 24/7.
Meanwhile they have been sitting on my money for a week or more for goods they don't have? Surely by paying I have paid a deposit of the full amount to keep those items available and reserved for me to be delivered on my "nominated DAY".
Absolute shoddy tactics and not at all transparent, Contact by email only and contact is very poor with long waiting times.
This will be the last time I will be shopping here, You think of organic you think people who care about the environment, people who want to see a better world. People who know how to communicate on a natural level.
But with this organic company I see an opportunistic company whose disconnected from reality nothing organic here apart from a few of your products. But your service is a far cry from being organic.

I visited Planet Organic in Chiswick yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. Maria was so helpful, kind and very knowledgeable, she picked the best choice of supplements for my body needs and gave me few useful tips as well. Never let her go!!!

Cherry Active Juice order arrived on time ‘in a cool bag’ and with a clear ‘Must be delivered today’ label on the top of the box. I have been purchasing this product in stores and on-line for many years and, on Active Edge’s advice, I either cool or freeze it when I get home. However both of these supplier options have never offered them cool, meaning that I am never sure if it has been compromised in any way. Well impressed!

I initially purchased a flavoured protein powder and found the flavour much too strong to drink. I thought I'd wasted twenty pounds, however the customer service team were excellent at listening to my concerns and arranging a replacement flavour (delivered promptly and at no extra charge to me). Would definitely purchase from them again.

Website says In stock when you order, then next day you get excuse emails stating not in stock and 5 days until it is, I wish I had placed all my order with a competitor, as planet organic think that I should be happy with free postage for th out of stock items! I spent well over £100, it was free delivery anyway!
Proper poor customer service, Avoid!

Same as some people here, very unsure why ratings are so low. Planet Organic is my all time favourite destination to shop for organic products. I LOOOVE their food range and beauty products as well. They got the best quality organic veggies and I love their shampoo selection as well. My absolute favorite product is their vegan hot chocolate in store and of course the people. I always leave with a smile on my face. Thanks to all the teams in the London stores!
