Εχτές 18/9/2025 πήγα να μου παραδώσουν ψυγείο τύπου ντουλάπα και ήταν μεταχειρισμένο, χτυπημένο και βρώμικο εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά!!! Είναι απαράδεκτοι!!!! Αφού κάλεσα και έκανα παράπονο κατευθείαν, ούτε καν μπηκαν στον κόπο να με καλέσουν την επόμενη ημέρα και περίμεναν μάλλον εγώ να τους καλέσω. Πεταμένος χρόνος και πεταμένα χρηματα. Αφού δεν το έχετε με τις λευκές συσκευές γιατί ασχολείστε και ξεφτυλίζεστε?? Μόλις με χάσατε (και εμένα και την εταιρεία μου) από πελάτη. Κρίμα που έμεινα πελάτης σας για πάνω από 20 χρόνια
September 2025-Lousy customer care
September 2025-I bought an expensive robot vacuum one week ago from their Kifisia shop. The vacuum was defective, and after spending hours of trying to understand how I can get it replaced (mainly due to the wrong information provided from their call center) I had to revisit the store to return the vacuum and wait for their decision... based on their policy I should have feedback within 48 hours, which I didn't... Lousy and rude call center reps as well. One week later, I have no vacuum and no update. Never again.

The company that considers my work, my free time and even my refrigerator purchase as a matter of “LIFESTYLE”!
Extremely disappointing experience with Plaisio when buying a refrigerator:
Repeated delivery delays and cancellations.
False promises instead of clear information.
Delivery of a damaged appliance.
No accountability – every phone call was with a different person, no solution provided.
Outrageous customer service: “I won’t tell you how to manage your lifestyle”, when I asked for a specific delivery time.
After my written complaint, instead of a proper apology, I received a so-called response: “we are sorry that this feeling was transferred” – a non-apology, putting the blame on how I felt, not on their actions.
For 4 times I had to defrost my old fridge (for recycling) and put it back in operation because delivery never happened as promised. Eventually I had to leave my workplace to accept the delivery at random, with no respect for my time.
This is not customer service, it’s harassment.
I cannot recommend Plaisio under any circumstances.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I visited the Chania store and spent over an hour waiting for a simple payment via IRIS to go through. Although the company advertises that IRIS payments are instant, the staff insisted that the issue was with my bank because it was “evening” (!). My bank confirmed the payment was processed immediately and that the money was already held by the store.
Not only did I leave without the product I paid for (headphones for my business), but I was also treated with sarcasm by a staff member who told me to “just pay differently next time.” This is unacceptable.
At the end of the day, the store had taken my money, refused to provide the product, and offered excuses about accounting “not being able to see it” after hours. That is not how a professional business should operate.
If the payment is not released or the product delivered, I will escalate this matter to the authorities. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and proper service—not mockery and delays.
Worse customer service ever!
On 3/18/2025 I ordered a battery. The product was "available upon request". Two and a half months later, I had not yet received the battery. When I contacted them, they informed me that it usually takes three months (!!!). Three months passed, a few more weeks passed, no update. When I contacted them again, they told me that it had not arrived yet and I asked to cancel the order and get my money back. A month later, I found out that no refund had occurred. I contacted them again and they told me that there had been no refund but that I had a customer credit! I replied that I had neither requested such a thing, nor had they informed me of such a thing. They registered my request for a return, which is supposed to take place"within 14 days". Never again.

Η χειρότερη εταιρεία που έχω δει ποτε μου. Αναξιόπιστη με το χειρότερο προσωπικό. Οσες φορες έχω μπει στην διαδικασία να πάρω κάτι από το πλαίσιο κάθε φορά το μετανιώνω. Θα προτιμούσα να είχα δώσει τα διπλάσια λεφτά από το να ξανά περνούσα αυτό το χάος και την ψυχολογική καταπίεση. Απαράδεκτοι δυστυχως, η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα ποτε μου με κατάστημα. Τους έχω δώσει 3 ευκαιρίες, ποτε ξανά.

Bosch washing Machine purchase
Plaisio delivered a Bosch washing machine but failed to install it although installation service was purchaded. Their reasoning was that the distance from the machine to the draon was greater than the manufacturers allowed lenth and they are not plumbers. (I checked with Bosch and they confirmed ther is no maximum lenth for the drain hose).
Having contacted Plaisio customer support they suggested i get my own plumber and yhey will refund me the installation fee.
I refused and asked then to cancel the order but they advised me that i will have to return the washing machine at my own expence. I had to send photos of the appliance, still half unpacked (as left by their delivery people in the middle of my kitchen) and they would respond to me within 48 hours.
Also their promise to have a supervisor/ manager call me ... never happened.
I asked them to provide me with an address to return the applience, a day later still waitting, dispite7 or 8 phone calls and spending several hours trying to resolve the issue
I have been a high spending client of theirs for at least 10 years.
They need to improve their customer care and also when selling installation service at the very least send out qualified personel (like a plumber)

The worst experience and comercial place that can happen to a good willing customer who gave his hard working money and trust on them.
A bunch of clowns literally.
The TV came with a broken panel, the box wasn't sealed, their delivery service didn't even bothered to open the box and show the condition of the product to the customer like they were supposed to do legally.
Without even plugging the TV I IMMEDIATELY contact them and they asked for pictures which I immediately sent via email.
Then their customer service came with a response "the box was intact" and passed over the ball to LG.
A week after I still don't have the television that I PAID FOR.
I'm thinking to denounce them to the buyers protection service here in Greece.

Περιμένουμε 1 μήνα!!! Απαραδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση
Στις 5/4/2025, αγόρασα 3 κλιματιστικά από το Πλαίσιο Ψυχικού. Ο Ψυκτικός του καταστήματος εγκατέστησε τα 2 αλλά αρνήθηκε να εγκαταστήσει το 3ο που ήταν Mitsubishi Heavy 24K γιατί ήταν χτυπημένο παρόλου που το κουτί ήταν ανέπαφο όταν το άνοιξε. ‘Εχει περάσει ένας μήνας, και παρά τις επανελλημένες μας προσπάθειες να επικοινωνήσουμε με το κατάστημα και την διαβεβαίβση τους ότι υα επιλυθεί το πρόβλημα, δεν έχουν κάνει απολύτως τίποτα για να παραλάβουν το μηχάνημα και να μας στείλουν ένα μηχανημα που ναι ειναι σε καλη κατασταση. Τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση δεν την περίμενα από ένα καταστημα σαν το Πλαίσιο και ειναι παργματικά απαράδεκτο!!!

Απαραδεκτη εταιρια. Εχω ακυρωσει ηλεκτρονικη παραγγελια εδω και 1 μηνα, γιατι μετα απο 15 μερες δεν ειχαν παραδοσει τα προιοντα απο Θεσσαλονικη σε Χαλκιδικη(!), και ακομα δεν εχουν επιστρεψει τα χρηματα. Εχω καλεσει 4 φορες και καθε φορα η απαντησει ειναι οτι θα ενημερωσουν το λογιστηριο. Μακρια!!
Misleading T&Cs
Avoid this at all costs. This is a classic case of deceptive practices. They issue €30 gift cards for future purchases, but only if the total purchase exceeds €60. To make matters worse, their own terms and conditions state: ‘In case the coupon/gift card is used for purchasing products of a lower value, the resulting difference will not be refunded or credited to the customer for future use.’ While they allow you to use the coupon for items of lower value (lower than €30), they prohibit its use for products priced under €60. Truly disappointing and misleading behavior!
Poor customer service. No consumer laws apply
My elderly mother bought a new oven over the phone. She was asked to pay it fully, delivery was delayed for 3 weeks and when it finally arrived and installed, it wasn’t working as she expected and she wanted to return it unused, she has every right to change her mind within 14 days without having to give a reason (EU consumer law). She called Plaisio to ask to return the unwanted product over 70 times in 4 weeks, with promises of emails and phone calls back that never happened. She was offered different advice and options with every correspondence. She was made to believe that her only option was that she had to pay fees to return the product so she verbally agreed to that deduction instead of Plaisio offering a full refund minus the transport fee for the return. Plaisio collected the brand new and unused oven nearly 8 weeks after it was bought. Extremely bad service. They don’t follow consumer laws. Hidden fees everywhere. And if you dare buy online or over the phone, no physical store will assist you with your enquiry.

They don't know what they are selling, we asked for a telephone with answering machine and they gave us one without. We returned it the same day and instead of apologizing and refund us they refused to do so and said they have to send the inquiry to the accountant and wait for 3 days. Unacceptable in every way. Never again

The worst company, i went with a mouse from logitech in guarantee and they had the exact mouse in stock but they told me that it is not the same one, the exact same mouse exact same specs exact company different logistics code.
Scammed by them , an angry employee called me back and was pointing me the logistics code with much rudeness telling me to do whatever i want. WORSE attitude ever
