A great company to use for the Outdoor Adventures
Website was easy delivery times were excellent
also customer service was first class. We had a couple of issues with the two items we received we rang and explained to Lauren and within 48 hrs both items were received. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again or recommend. A big thank you to Lauren for her help and excellent customer service.

Product is brilliant. Saw someone using one at the beach and managed to find one here that was available and cheaper than others. Delivery was prompt and well packaged upon arrival 👍🏻

Prompt and hassle free service.
The Vango family shelter I ordered was out of stock at most places, PJ outdoor had it in stock and at a competitive price. They processed the order without any fuss and the item was deliver within 3 days, I received updates about dispatch and scheduled delivery from the courier. I found the service hassle free and prompt, based on this I would happily use them again.

Fast, well communicated delivery. Item was more expensive than others where it had been on sale recently. But they were all currently sold out, so I agreed to pay the higher price. Overall a good experience.

Took 8 months to deliver
Ordered my item in NOV 2023,& it didn’t arrive until JULY 2024,& NOT ONE SINGLE EMAIL Or CALL with an update and NO APOLOGY WHAT SO EVER! Would NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
