Bought a laptop from Pixmania, 13 months later it broke. EU consumer law says I should be able to contact the supplier to fix or replace the item, Pixmania didn't want to know. I took legal advice and needed to supply their business address in the UK which conveniently could not be found.

Used this company to buy a tv, fantastic tv, great price, quick delivery.
Then used them again to order another tv.
This time IT COULD NOT BE ANY MORE DIFFICULT!!! I ordered the tv, received an email telling me I need to call them to verify details before they can send the item....5 DAYS LATER and at least 20 prime rate call charges. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! You get left speaking to the worlds slowest automated service then at the end of your 5 minutes you get landed with "Im sorry the call center cannot take your call"
This means due to their own incompetence they will essentially lose my sale because I cannot verify my details.

I've used Pixmania a few times in the past with no issues. This time has been horrendous. I ordered on the 18th November, I've contacted them 3 times and they still can't give me a dispatch date. I am now going to go through a PayPal dispute. Apparently my order is one of those impacted by recent system problems. I will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Made purchase then was told by email I wouldn't receive unless I validated by phone - strange and a waste of my time, but hey called them, they couldn't validate then (I dont know why), said they'd call back, they didn't. So cancelled my order #useless

That was sent to me a week ago. It took 4 days for them to reply to my first email asking where my item was. Its been 2 weeks, no item. Chased them again 2 days ago and heard nothing. They obviously have big problems, but 2 weeks it too long to take to fix.

Ive raised a dispute with paypal over this, the transaction is not due to be complete until tomorrow but that is very poor customer service; I will never use again

I ordered a lg soundbar from pixmania that was £55 cheaper than elsewhere. I have to be honest and say that i had absolutely no problems with payment or delivery. I paid on a debit card rather than paypal and my order was delivered on time. All i can say is that maybe i have been lucky and i will not use them again purely because of other peoples reviews and its not worth the risk. Hopefully you all get you problems solved.

I ordered a LED TV with Pixmania which cost me nearly £2500, I read the standard great reviews of pixmania and obviously about then TV itself. The competitive price drew me to this company. Within days I received the standard emails and the money was debited from my account. Great!!

Then the problems started... A week went by and I NEVER received another email and more importantly my TV!!! I called Pixmania, and if it hadn't of been for me contacting them they wouldn't of picked up this national technical problem with PayPal payments, disgusting!!

I've lodged a massive complaint and have a representative from the company dealing with my case, whose words around the technical problems was:" lit might be in few days or in worst case in few weeks. Great!!!

I am never going to order from this company again!! The communication, set up and customer care and after care is dreadful!!

If I could award NO STARS, I would. Although I had already been warned about the bad reviews that Pixmania have, their price for the soundbar I wanted was £15 cheaper than anywhere else so I decided to risk it. I wish I hadn't bothered. It seems that although they advertise electronic items at knock down prices, they don't actually have the stock to send. Quite a few days after I placed the order I wondered why I'd had no dispatch details from them so I checked the order on their website. The status of the order was 'Awaiting Confirmation'. Considering I paid with PayPal, I'm not sure what confirmation they are awaiting so I called their "help" desk and was told that there was a problem with the system and that someone would get back to me within 24 hours (a familiar story on here it seems). To conclude, I never got the item and had to contact PayPal to get a refund. MORALE OF THE STORY = DO NOT RISK BUYING FROM PIXMANIA FOR THE SAKE OF SAVING A FEW POUNDS.

Ordered item on 28/11/14 took money straight away confirmed order via email and thats the last I have heard from them no reply from customer services they say delivery 3 to 5 days but has not even been dispatched yet after reading the reviews on here appears I have made a terrible mistake buying from this company Christmas is hard enough nowdays I cannot afford to buy this item

Pixmania finaly replied with basicly they have no clue when item will be delivered I reccomend all the people who are having problems too contact there local trading standards although this company based in france they have a uk based operation that comes under our laws and the more people who register there complaint with trading standards something will be done

Still no refund 15 days now this has got too be the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with using every excuse to hold on to your money they just blatantly lie they promised refund 2 days ago but nothing it is really looking fraudulent so please beware

Ordered a soundbar from them and selected 24-48 hours delivery with UPS. 48 hours later no soundbar and progress still reading confirmed on tracking on website. Gave it another few days and then emailed them. The response was a technical problem with my payment although the money had been taken from my account. When further questioning them was then told they had no definitive answers for me and the warehouse were unable to give a time frame. 10 days later and I have now cancelled the order and wont be using them again. Prices are great but service is shocking.

I recently bought a 50 inch 4k tv off Pixmania with an amazing £200 off RRP.

I then received a couple of phone calls over the next few days to arrange delivery. I told them that i would not be at home during the 9-5 delivery hours, they said this wouldn't be a problem and they would deliver to suit me. I missed the time they gave me by 20minutes and found the TV left with a neighbour.

Looking at the other reviews i can't tell if this was just luck!

However as my experiences have all been good with this site i will still use it again.

I ordered an LG sound bar and paid with PayPal. My order didn't turn up when expected so chased Pixmania for an answer, they said they were having technical problems and that it would be delivered soon. My order status still said awaiting confirmation so chased again and they suggested I cancel the order and get a refund. Then order again and pay on a credit card. I don't think so !! cancelled the order and took the refund.
Currys may be a few pounds derer but I walk from my local so with it under my arm, BYE Pixmania for good. Once bitten walk away.

I ordered a sharp tv at a cost of just over £500.00 on 28/11/14 i paid with paypal. my order said awaiting confirmation until 04/12/14 after many ignored emails i lost patience and cancelled the order and started a case in the paypal resolution centre, after i started the case pixmania finally got in touch and said that they were having technical problems refunding with paypal so could i supply them with my bank details! i told them to pay to my paypal account or i would escalate the claim, and 0n 05/12/14 they refunded me my money.
So if you really want to risk buying from pixmania just remember pay only with paypal, do not fall for any of their tricks such as giving bank details for a refund, take a very hard line with them if your goods are not dispatched within a couple of days, but do not phone them as this will add to your frustration, and if you get the awaiting confirmation message for a few days start a case in paypal, i have been a customer of pixmania for a few years and never had a problem but now they seem to have got very very bad and i will never use them again.

So I paid for a sound bar and an optical cable for it, in stock at the time - next day on my orders list it says "temporarily unavailable" on further research it appears the cable is out of stock - no problem I thought contact for refund on cable and just deliver the soundbar.... NOT THAT SIMPLE!! tried over 20 times to call, can't get through, sent about the same amount of emails. I've had so far 2 back saying its IT problems and I'll get tracking info, that never happened and yesterday had a response from 'Misha' saying that the case will be resolved, and its being chased up and will keep in touch. *update* still the same, no reply no nothing, impossible to get through to, I needed this for a gift, it's plainly obvious its not an IT issue, these guys really do not want to speak to you, ever call just drops after you put order number in, pathetic!!!

First and last ever order from these, thats for certain. And if Pixmania read this, my order number is order CCL1504918364. Get it sorted!

I ordered a new LED TV on 28/11/14 and at the time of check-out Pixmania mentioned that order will be delivered in 3-5 days but I still haven't received my product. I have even written to Pixmania using my online account but no response yet.

They use Dachser for goods delivery in the UK / London area. When I track my order on their site, it shows the item, my name and address from last couple of days but still no delivery! There is no contact number where you can speak to. Very frustrating experience.

After taking the money, will you (or do you) deliver the product Pixmania.co.uk?

It's been five working days since I ordered my Samsung TV from Pixmania. The delivery was stated as being 3-4 days and the online orders screen on the web still says that the order is 'Awaiting Confirmation'.
My money had been taken so I thought I would contact Pixmania. I was told that my online order had been separated from my payment somehow and that IT were dealing with my order from herein. Since then I have received no feedback at all (3 days now!). I had arranged for the TV to be fitted on Saturday 6th December, which is not possible now unless Pixmania get it delivered by courier today.
I was unaware that this was going to be a European TV! This was not mentioned anywhere in plain site on their website (that I could see).
Their ordering system is poor, their customer hotline queuing system is worse than poor and the email communication is shocking.
I wish I'd read this reviews page first before buying. Not recommended.

Shocking service from this company. Ordered an LG soundbar from this company on 28/11/14. Payment was made by paypal on the same day. Order status says awaiting confirmation. Have sent 2 messages so far and no response. Seems to be no phone number on the website either. Think it may be a paypal dispute being raised for this if no reply within 24 hours. Why take the payment if no intention of dispatching items! Absolutely shocking...think i may contact watchdog as many people seem to be having the same issue.

Update 5/12/14 - contacted pixmania by phone this morning. They gave me story about a system problem with orders paid for by paypal being stuck at awaiting confirmation. He has escalated to IT and should be resolved within 24 hours. Delivery charge will be refunded because of delay and he will send me an email to let me know what's happening. But if it's not resolved in 24 hours will just be asking for my money back and cancel the order!

I have ordered a Tv on the 27/11/14 the money has been taken from my account(a large considerable amount of). And that seems to be the end of the process I have tried to get in contact regarding my delivery ( no one answers the phone or replies to emails) this is very worrying. Currently I am £800 down and no TV to show for it. I am seriously considering legal action against this amature outfit. If any one from Pixmania reads these reviews please get in touch before this all gets very messy.

I have now managed to get in touch with a nice lady at Pixmania via the telephone and was told there was an issue with me paying through PayPal and it would all be sorted within 24hrs. And here we are 24 hrs later and no delivery date. And I have a feeling I have been fed a generic lie. What a complete joke.

Ordered item. Item supposed to be delivered within five days. Contacted courier direct, who say they've never even had the item. Dascher said the despatch number must be fake.

Emailed Pixmania, no response.

Paypal dispute going in. Cannot wait for months for item like most on here seem to be doing. That's if they get the item at all.

And please Pixmania online rep.. I've tried emailing. More than once. Pixmania never respond. I'm surprised they even pay you on time. I'd be very careful if I was you.

I've had a great service and an amazing deal on the TV I bought. £100 cheaper than anywhere else.

Yeah it is a European model, but there is very little difference between UK an EU model. You have EU Plug, with UK adapter, so no issue there and only other minor issue is having sort the TV channel order. Easy peasy. Definitely worth the savings.

Pixmania Customer Service was good and they do a fraud check which is great for peace of mind. Very polite and helpful.

Delivery was quick and trackable.

I'm a little puzzled by other negative reviews. I wish Pixmania very success, for me a great customer experience.
