Easy to use website and booking
Easy to use website and booking, great price and easy access to containers. When we arrived we found our container easy and it was spotless, with a 2 bottles of water and 2 packs of fruit sweets which I thought was a really nice touch.

The storage is really good. Lovely size. There was a strong smell of petrol in the unit. However since speaking to Craig at pink storage he has promised to get it sorted. I was offered another unit but don't fancy moving it all again. Craig is going to address the smell and also offered me some credit back onto my account. Thank you for your swift reaction to this problem.

Really easy to sign up. Problems solved immediately. Airtight large storage
Really easy to sign up. On arrival the storage area to gain access was too narrow for what we needed. However via quick call we were given four different units after. second no lock, third no key , fourth was correct. The units are clean and airtight. Really good size. We got the 12 weeks reduced price . Ideal for what we need. You just add your car registration. As you enter your reg is scanned and a large electric gates lets you in. There are cameras everywhere for security. Plus you can add your own locks too. Key boxes are available to each unit. Highly recommend

Great - Just needs signs
Booking and set up all very easy and satisfied with service. The site itself could improve on signposting where to find your container as it did take me some time to locate. Other than that ideal.
