Disgraceful company. My partner had a car with this company and have had nothing but problems the company will lie to you make out you have never contacted about the issue and deny all work I have every proof I need to prove this company are a disgrace they speak to customers like there nothing after you have purchased the car. A issue happend when the car was in warranty and they apparently fixed the issue now since the issue the car has driven 8000 miles apparently in two months that’s impossible but they won’t listen to a customer. Reports from numerous garages all confirm they did not resolve the issue as the exact same issue that was apparently fixed wasn’t. She had the car for around 1 year and has only actually worked for 4 months of that year. I expect gaynor will write back to this but yet will not agree to discuss and receive all the evidence proving they are at fault. And that’s because they don’t care about looking after customers and excepting they where wrong. But I’ll look forward to being able to provide every bit of evidence needed to prove there con artist who only care about the sales and not there aftercare.

This company is absolutely disgraceful had a car from them 1 year ago, in the first week of having the car took it back due to the car judering and an engine management light they plugged the machine into the car and knovked it off telling us put more fuel in, (the car had over half a tank in) then when we was sentbon our way the car broke down comoletely woukdnt drive at all then was told its nothing to do with them even tho it was under warranty we left the vechile there and contacted our finiace company who helped us prove it was there problem! This is where the real con artist came out in this company after months of them apprently fixing the car we recieved the car, water leaking and looking untouched(apprently its normal for water to leak) they made out tbey rebuilt the whole engine and sorted a compresion issue, 2 months after having the car back the car brome down with the exact same issue. Where the guy tried to make out it was a timing chain problem and nothing to do with the poor work. We had an indepent surveyor come out to prove tgere was nothing wrong with the timing chain. We then took to a independent garage where there report proved tgat the compression issue that was apprently fixed by pinetree was not even touched they never fixed the issue and never admitted after two seperate companys proving they never corrected the issues in the first place. I have been mistreated and completely ripped of by this company i would never want anyone to go threw this there complete con artists and do not care about the after care of there dangerous cars they sell stay away from these conpanys and use smaller garages who actually look after you and sell you a safe car the worst conpany with the worst attitude towards customers. As for the ridiculous reply if you actually spoke to our finiace company you would see i went to trading standards and a professional garage and it was confirmed the apparent work you done your refering too was never done to the standard it should be done as the issues are still the same i understand you have to try make out your telling the truth but we have all the proof to show you and anyone else your complete liars and con artists

Went to look at a 19 plate Renault Captur car seemed ok so asked to take it for a test drive which was roughly 1 mile on the bypass flat as there was no fuel in it, asked to arrange another time and with a gallon in it wasnt interested as they may lose a sale if away from the car lot?

My daughter bought a car from Pinetree superstore in Bridgend which on the whole looked a nice car. This is where this experience changed literally overnight. Within the first week the car had broken down and had various lights had appeared. When we called the garage in Bridgend we were fobbed off very quickly and told it was nothing to do with them and we would need to call the after sales team in Tonypandy. We called the aftersales service several times before they agreed to collect the car from the garage and have a look at the faults. We dropped the car back at the garage and heard nothing for days until my wife called to see what's happening. We were told that a part was needed and they would be in touch. Again days went by with no communication from Tonypandy aftersales dept. Finally we got through and we were told that parts will not be available any time soon and my daughter would not be getting her car back until the end of January. The issue was an airbag problem which in a car that we have only had it for a week is worrying. As for aftersales its none existent. My daughter is now left with out her newly acquired car and as parents we are very concerned that after only one week safety issues have identified with the car.

After a national "respected" dealer tried to rip me off for over £3k, then lied to cover it up, I found the car I wanted at Pinetree on Autotrader.

One phone call later, and Mo was absolutely friendly, helpful, honest, and an absolute pleasure to do business with.

Nothing was too much trouble, and he made me feel like I was his only priority that day.

Definitely 5 stars for Mo: he's a much appreciated asset to Pinetree Car Superstore.

Purchased a car 8 months ago and within a month of having it, there was issues. The urea light came on and the engine line. I spoke to pine tree and they told me I would need to take it to a garage or fill up the ad blue, I purchased ad blue and the light went off. Within a week it came on again. It would go off and then come back on a few weeks later. Recently the lights came on again even though the tank was filled up and it stated only 700 miles left until it wouldn’t come back on. The timer keeps going down as I cannot afford £1,500 at a minimum to pay to fix the car even though this is a known issue with Citroen. Now in the last week the heaters have now stopped working. The amount of faults wrong with the car since purchasing is beyond and this isn’t the first car I’ve had, my precious cars have been older and lasted longer.

I picked up my Audi A3 from Pinetree car superstore in Caerphilly today. I saw the car waiting as i drove up and it had been valeted professionally. I was led through to Neil who I'd spoken to over the phone, he was welcoming and friendly. I'd been to a couple of main dealers before this and was treated like i didn't matter because i wasn't there to buy a brand new top of the range model but not with Neil. At Pinetree i was given an opportunity to take a good look around the car, i wasn't rushed and when it came time to sign the paper work i was was told about different options that i may want to consider but it never felt like aggressive sales like other places I'd been too.

The car is my dream car that I've wanted since it came out in 2015 it's in good order with everything topped up and ready to go there was even just under a half tank of fuel inside to get me on my way.

I was extremely impressed by the service I had at the Bridgend branch from start to finish. I was made to feel like a valued customer as soon as I called inquiring about a vehicle for my young son. While it is too early to comment on the vehicle it was immaculately clean and I took comfort in knowing background checks for outstanding finance etc had been carried out. I feel the price we paid was an extremely fair one for the immaculate vehicle we then went on to purchase. Chris, our salesman in Bridgend was patient and very helpful and I loved the fact there was no heavy sales patter at any point. Every question about the vehicle was answered to our satisfaction and Chris was professional and very pleasant
throughout. I cannot recommend this family firm enough. A most pleasant experience from start to finish. Very pleased with the vehicle we purchased. Just purchased a Zafira from Neil at Caerphilly and couldn't be happier. I did get (in my opinion) a good deal but more impressive was the customer service. A seem less process from viewing, to purchase, including a part exchange and then collection. Very happy and highly recommended
