Received an email that I had qualified for a $300 Amazon gift card. All orders take weeks to receive unless are specified as 'expedited shipping'. I contacted support only to be informed that it was a glitch and that the allotment had been exceeded, but it never showed that in my orders nor did I receive any email about it until I inquired why I still had not received it.

I gave my cat delectable lickables bisque chicken flavor for kittens and even though my cat "Willow" is a older cat he loved it!!! And now he looks forward to it as a treat.

I believe this is a scam company. I have been applying for products for over a year++ and never received ANYTHING. My account says I didn’t check out items in time, which is bs. I have two items sitting since November that haven’t shipped.
The site is a nightmare of spam pop-ups and links to other companies.
As a long-term Influenster, PinchMe doesn’t even compare. It seems this is a false advertising site to drive engagement for brands rather than provide samples to review. What a complete waste of time, effort and beyond frustrating!!

You will waste so much time & never qualify for anything

This website is a complete scam. Maybe a few people do get products but I've been signed up for like 3 months now. Haven't received a single sample despite applying to many. Some that actually came back as it's on its way. You've been accepted and never received the single thing. I've spent more time filling out the forms and answering questions and I have not received a single sample.

When I started with PinchMe over two years ago, I loved it. I received so many great samples. In the last year, they’ve really changed the website and qualifying for a sample is almost impossible and when I do qualify and submit the order, the next day it shows that they’re over allocation and I get nothing. Not only have I then used coins to ship the order, I don’t get credit for the coins when they don’t ship anything. In the past three weeks, I’ve qualified for three large and pricey items but again, over allocated amounts and I get nothing. They want you to constantly download apps where you have to make purchases in exchange for coins to cover shipping of the items you qualify for as samples but when you use your coins and then don’t get the items because they screw up, seems more like a scam each time. This has happened to me approximately 15 times over the last year. I know 15 times doesn’t seem like a lot but when you rarely qualify, it ends up being an excessive amount of times when they miraculously run out of product. I’ve also received emails stating I won a bid for items and when I go to check out, nothing shows up. I email support and get a response back saying it was a computer glitch. I’m done using PinchMe. Support is crappy and the amount of catalogs that you get from them giving your mailing address out is ridiculous. I get six, yes six copies, of magazines a week. No this isn’t different magazines, it’s six duplicates and there’s at least 12 different types ends up being over 50 magazines a week. Since signing up for PinchMe, the amount of spam emails I get is also ridiculous as I never dealt with spam emails before signing up. No telling how many times they have sold not only my physical home address but also my email.

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! TELL ME HOW YOU APPLE TO TRY OVER 200 THINGS AND APPROVED FOR NONE OF THEM??????? YOU MEAN TO TELL ME I ANSWERED ALL OF THOSE QUESTIONS WRONG???? I CALL BS!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!!!

Product sampling should be a 'win-win' for manufacturer/retailer and consumer. PinchMe purports to offer a platform that collects opportunities to claim free products and to volunteer to write reviews or create videos of the arrival and use of the product.
I have qualified for close to a dozen products over time and these have been listen on my account.
Not a single product has been delivered to me.
I suspect that PinchMe is collecting information and failing to deliver. Must question whether all this is a fraud.

I use to do pinchme a few years ago, I was receiving products and reviewing them monthly, it was great. Unfortunately, that is not the case anymore I’ve been applying now for over a year and only received 2 products the first month and have never gotten another one since then. I am constantly on the site applying and have reached out to support to let them know and the response I got was basically that the reason is because I need to answer the application questions the right way and if I don’t I just have to keep trying. To me that makes no sense. I am answering honestly and I am willing to give honest reviews so what’s the problem?! It’s just annoying and I’m tired of trying with them.

I'm so done, this is the third time I've signed up for paid subscriptions to get gift cards and/or deluxe boxes and not received a thing. I spent my money signing up for trials and even with screenshots of everything I had it wasn't enough. They needed a welcome email which I didn't get so I sent all the emails I did receive and a screenshot shot showing I paid and another they denied me because I used my debit card and I was specifically supposed to use a credit card...what? They are rude and snotty and have become a spammy useless site that scams you for personal information.

It takes awhile to get products to test out.

I started on pinchme years ago, & it's been going down hill for a while now, but today, I can no longer apply for samples & the message I'm receiving is that I have pending reviews to complete, here's the kicker, I have no reviews, I reached out to pinchme & they said that I have to wait for my samples to come in the mail before I'm able to apply for samples again. Here's the fun part, I'm still waiting on samples from June/July and we're in the middle of September. Pinchme has become nothing but another spam/fruad company waiting to take all of your info.

I have been a member for many years with a brake from when I started to the past 2 years when I have been participating daily.
They are doing bait and switch now, they show you a full size product and you get for example 1 packet.
It is taking longer and longer to get your packages. Expedited Shipping is joke. They have suddenly stopped allowing you "earn coins" by applying for items. And customer service borders on hostel.
I just got a freaking empty box except for 2 card board add post cards.
They have been going down hill for years and I just want to use what coins I have left get what I was approved for and get out.

Pinchme it takes forever to get your product. You have to spend 500 coins for expedited shipping. It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received my product. When I messaged support all they can say was they were behind on shipping and working on April and may shipping

Site itself is increasingly awful and ad-ridden with popups. Extremely difficult to get any samples that are actually interesting or useful without paying money, and every single thing is designed to incentivize you to download a partner app or sign up for a subscription. The cherry on top for me was that I claimed a 'Claim Now' promotion that offers a gift card for signing up for and trying a paid subscription, was never given the gift card, and after weeks of back and forth with customer service, just kept being told that they couldn't help me even though I offered to provide proof of my transactions.

Spam calls are HORRIBLE. I did one survey, and my phone has been ringing non-stop with calls. That survey then crashed out right before receiving the reward (it did this each subsequent time I tried to come back and finish it). I have had several expedited “boxes” shipped out and after several weeks, they have requested reviews for those box items but I have never actually received even one sample. They have now also taken away the earning coins for applying for samples system and now pretty much require completing paid offers or handing out large quantities of personal information to earn coins. The whole experience has been very disappointing.

Pinch me is a great experience that I very much look forward to

PinchMe has been a very great experience. Great products to try and use that are helpful in our daily lives. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great product testing site PinchMe is definitely a go to!. I have been doing sampling with them for years and they never seem to surprise me with the awesome samples. Thanks again! I love product testing

It's 100 percent a scam. They say allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, it's been 9 weeks since my first box has shipped to be delivered to me. It is July 28 2025, my package has been in Sweden at the same location since July 8th 2025. When I contacted them they tried to tell me they are based and ship or of the united states. If that were true 1 why did my package get sent to Sweden considering I literally live in the United States and 2 why is it not giving any more updates since July 8th? And when I email to ask i get dumb answers like we're based out of the United States and do not ship to Canada etc. As if I'm not literally living in the united states or please give 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Well the order was sent out of the ware house to be delivered to me in June 2 2025 it is now July 28 which is well past 4 to 6 week window for delivery and my package hasn't left Sweden since being dropped off on July 8th
