Disappointing plants, delivery took over 48 hours, ordered £30 of plants & half arrived almost dead, probably won't use again

Great quality plants & delivered quickly!

Beautiful plants and already growing. I'm starting another tank at the moment so I'll be back for more.

Easy ordering process. Plants arrived in good order and promptly. All looked healthy. My only complaint is the number of pots suggested for a 120l tank is 20 pots, which we could not afford, and thank goodness, because we ordered 10 pots and couldnt fit them all in! 5 or 6 pots would have been plenty for our 110l tank and 10 pots were a struggle. However, can't fault anything else. Plants are all in the tank and we will see how it goes.

The plants weren’t great quality unfortunately and upon putting them into my tank I had 12 dead shrimp within hours (well established tank, checked for ammonia spike) but when raised this with customer service they just said it couldn’t have been from the plants and refunded £4 from the order from one of the plants that was in particularly rough shape.

Disappointed
From years of buying fish and plants online this is the first time I jave felt ripped off
Nowhere (other than the extra large moss balls) on the website does it say they are "small" plants, till its emailed (admittedly I didn't check aa I jad already spent a considerable amount of time choosing what I wanted).
They arrived promptly (in a letterbox box), look like a fantastic product BUT tiny ..... I have a 4 foot tank .... I can hardly see them in it lol .... oh well ..... first time it's happened but won't use again.

I ordered twice before setting up a subscription and all the plants I have recieved have arrived in great condition. Clearly care has been taken in looking after the plants before they arrive with the customer and they are thriving in my tank, I am very happy with them. I’ve had to cancel my subscription this morning as I’ve now run out of space in my tank - I emailed and recieved a quick response confirming that my subscription would be cancelled. Very good plants, excellent and friendly customer service - will be setting up a future subscription when I buy a bigger tank!
