All is well with this experience, except I could not change the shipping address. My first time doing business with this organization, so all is well. No changed were noted, except for a very small issue, no prob.

Over Four Months of Frustration — This Has Been a Roller Coaster
My experience with PicturesOnGold has turned into an absolute roller coaster, and after more than four months of headaches, I am beyond frustrated.
After my Argentium silver graduation ring turned an ugly golden/copper color, PicturesOnGold eventually offered to upgrade it to a sterling silver ring. But first, they required me to send the tarnished ring back. Why they needed this piece-of-crap ring returned, I still don't understand. Their emails specifically stated that they wanted the original ring back and that they were not going to simply plate it with silver and send it back to me.
So, I did what they asked. I paid out of my own pocket to ship their defective, tarnished ring back to them. Now, to make this experience even better, the package was undeliverable on the first delivery attempt, and I'm still waiting for redelivery.
At this point, I'm exhausted with the entire process. More than four months of emails, waiting, explanations, excuses, shipping, and aggravation—all over a graduation ring that should have been right from the beginning.
I originally chose PicturesOnGold because I thought I could get a nice graduation ring without paying the much higher price charged by some of the bigger companies. Looking back, I should have just paid the extra money and gone with a well-established graduation ring company. Whatever money I thought I was saving wasn't worth four months of frustration and aggravation.
Hopefully, this sterling silver replacement actually arrives and finally puts an end to this mess. Until then, this experience is still not resolved. And worst of all i had to give them one star rating i could not leave it at none.

This is my third time ordering from Pictures on Gold and I will continue to do so! The quality is beautiful and the turnaround time is incredibly fast! I ordered a beautiful necklace with a custom picture and received it 2 days later!! Every order I have placed has been with pictures and every time the pictures are clear. Truly love this company amd appreciate the ability to create special items for family!

I don't think I have ever been more disappointed.
The locket is so tiny that you can't discern the inscription or the face of my loved one. THEIR inch is much smaller than my inch. I had even bumped up one in size from the default locket.
Yes, they are fast, but be advised that you better order a LARGE locket if you want to truely enjoy and treasure it.

Nice product. Engraving on back & chain is additional but the charm with engraving on front is reasonable but overall not cheap. But gift able. It offers payment plans through Affirm. Company is also on Amazon.

The product came out great. The shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered the dog tag with 2 photos. I made the mistake of uploading the 2nd photo in the wrong place so 2 pictures were merged. It was my fault but I wish there was a way to add a confirmation message that would prompt to ensure that is how the person intends it. Otherwise it really did come out nice.

Fingerprint GP pendant cheap ! The picture was smeared with white marks ( not pictured as original sent ) Customer service was awful! Forget about messaging their mail boxes full all the time, ordered late and got a hold of them first thing in the morning to cancel this pendant and was told they started on it but didn’t receive for 6 days later ! It looks like a cheap piece of jewelry and for the price of $225 dollars I would have expected something better ! Do Not Order from this Company ! No returns or refunds ! Disappointed I wanted a nice memory piece of my mom and this wasn’t it !!! Horrible
