The way that I was able to customize my medallion

I ordered a Saint Giana charm bracelet NOT PERSONALIZED it arrived with the clasp not clasping and I asked for a return to my credit card upon return of the item. They said only store credit or replacement. it was a gift so I did not have time to replace and didn't trust it would be a good piece. Rep Dinah said she'd get back to me within 24 hours. Never did I followed up and and another rep said she would send me the return information but no credit to my credit card only a store credit for the value of the piece but not including tax!!! and if I purchase a new piece I pay tax again. THEY DECEIVING STATE THEY ONLY RETURN TO CREDIT CARD ON CHAINS IN VERY SMALL OVERLAPPING PRINT -- THIS COMPANY SU*KS.

It’s beautiful and by mistake I insert the wrong delivery option but I called and they made all the effort they could to help me to get it for my sister birthday and it’s arrived one day early exact on her birthday! Sure will consider to buy here again. Thank you so much ! She loved it and it’s full of emotion 🩷 very well made.

When placing order couldn’t find either code the one for the 40% or the Back to School 75% off neither had an actual code that you could use to get either discount. Very disappointing! I ordered 2 thinking I would get either discount and already had my heart set on one for myself. Couldn’t find either code to get either discount! False advertisement to the fullest!!

This site was easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for easily.
The engraving took a little bit longer to figure out, but was an especially nice touch.

Customer Care contacted me about the chain be difficult to fasten and unfasten and offered to send me another chain free of charge. They were really quick on responding to me and my issue which I truly appreciated. I most definitely order from them again every one compliments me on the dog tag.

Daniel as the reported owner of this company let me ask you what happens after UPS investigation ?
Either they accept or deny the lost claim. It's not like they're going to find it hidden under a conveyor belt in the warehouse.
You're just waiting for them to reimburse you before you will make me, the consumer whole again, 6 weeks and counting.
I want anyone reading these reviews to make them fully aware how your customer service is prioritizing in your company.. CUSTOMER LAST!!
