I had some prints which wouldn't fit regular sized picture frames, and these folks were able to make me some simple, lightweight and nice looking frames that would fit with the store-bought ones I already have up. All arrived safe and sound. Happy days!

** Update to the update! My sincere apologies, I went on to the wrong site and picked up their instructions. Your site has no information on fixing, so my fault again for not going to the second box to see if there were instructions in that one. I appreciate the information regarding the bracket and flat hanging against the wall, however I have a wall fixing that it doesn't suit unfortunately (Hard wall fixing, probably substandard - my issue, not yours). I've updated the review to 5 star as you have shown remarkable patience with me in responding to the issues I had, especially my absolute certainty that I was right when I wasn't! I have also changed the title to avoid any doubt!
*Update post response: the video instructions I followed said screwing the canvas onto the frame was something you "may" want to do for a larger canvas. No suggestion of the dots being temporary. I didn't consider my canvas to be large (it isn't) . The webside also says "If" (... your canvas is large). Can I suggest someone reviews the written and video instructions please. For me; lesson learned. Not sure that I appreciate the implication that I didn't follow the instructions correctly. Someone might have checked the instructions out first before giving this reply.

Service was good, frames arrived in a timely fashion, good quality however the sticky tabs failed quite quickly on one canvas, which fell to the ground, thankfully undamaged, and the hanging hook is not suitable for all wall fixings, so will have to screw the canvas to the frame, and attach alternative hanger (string and loops). I ordered 3 frames which came in 2 boxes, well packed, but fitting instructions were only included in one box, which was the 2nd one I opened (of course!!) I referred to the website for fitting instructions. Frames are lovely though.

Easy ordering process, and the frame was manufactured and delivered very quickly, even in the run-up to Christmas. The frame is of a very high standard and it was packaged superbly - I can't fault the product or the service at all.

The ability to customise your picture(s) is very flexible and easy to use with clear helpful stages. Customer Service is incredibly helpful, spotted that I had made a mistake with the photos and got in touch so I could rectify the problem in the end refunding my order so I could start again. Delivery was in 2/3 days so very quick. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I have used the picture gallery and am delighted with the results and service.
Both frames were spot on and fast delivery.
I have several other pictures that need frames so will be back. I ordered frames without any acrylic and had my local glass supplier cut the required sizes. I understand why the picture gallery don’t supply actual glass but it is a bit inconvenient.

The frame was exactly as specified. It's nice and light because of the perspex (instead of glass), and well made. This is the second large, multi aperture frame I've bought from them.
