Scam, DO NOT ORDER if you are in UK!
I ordered a cholesterol test device. Arrived but it didn't work properly, couldn't measure a single test kit from the 5 provided. When I tried to contact them, I realised they are scam. No one is answering the calls or emails. I tried the return form and it doesn't work.
Do not order and report to all relevant agencies that are dealing with frauds

Do not be fooled by the .co.uk website, the UK VAT number, or the UK address printed on the invoice. PhysioParts completely presents itself as a domestic UK store, but that is not the reality if you need to return something.

I bought two knee braces for £177.28 and needed to send them back. That was when I found out they actually operate out of the Netherlands. To return the items, PhysioParts expects UK customers to send them abroad and pay over £37 in hidden customs fees on top of international shipping. None of this was made clear when buying from what looks like a standard UK website.

When I messaged customer support to point out that it is completely unreasonable to force UK buyers to pay international customs fees to a company showing a UK address on their own paperwork, they completely refused to help or offer a fair return option.

If you are in the UK, stay away from this store. They hide behind a local UK appearance and leave you stuck paying heavy customs fees if you need to send an item back. Just buy from an actual UK supplier instead.

I ordered a cholesterol test meter including a test kit which was quite expensive, the instructions wasn't in English and not easy to use despite going on youtube myself to find out how to use it. As there was only three test kits and I didn't use enough blood for the test sample. I had to order another test kit. It was £123 in total. I then received notification that my test kit has been delivered 03/07/2026 @ 1237. This was a lie as I remained home all day and even checked my door camera and no DPD delivery arrived. When I checked the DPD tracking it states they are returning to sender. I am so mad at this as they never even attempted delivery. I have tried contacting physioparts.uk regarding not receiving my parcel and they need to refund me as the item is on the way back to them and they haven't even bothered to respond to two of my emails now. As I purchased the kit on my credit card I'm going to contact them next for a chargeback as their customer service is disgusting. I won't be purchasing from them ever again!

I ordered Strappal tape that was pictured with the Strappal branding. But what I received was non-branded tape that was not adhesive enough and clearly sub-standard. So I did not receive what I ordered. Then I am told I have to return it to an address in the Netherlands at my own expense. And no apology or explanation as to why I was not sent the correct product.

I recently ordered a Donjoy Playmaker II Wrap Around knee brace, costing €160 plus delivery, totaling around €180. Instead of the brace, I was sent an under-sleeve worth about €25.

When I called to report the error, I was told I must return the incorrect item at my own expense (almost €20) before they will send the correct knee brace. I was also informed that this delivery cost would not be reimbursed, despite the mistake being entirely on their part.

This means I not only lose time having to package and send back an item I never ordered, but I’m also expected to pay extra for their error. A reasonable approach would be to arrange a DPD collection for the incorrect item while dispatching the correct order immediately — yet they refuse to do so.

This is unacceptable, and I will not order from this company again.

Ordered an item and paid a premium for same-day dispatch, then received an email saying it wouldn't be sent for two weeks. When I emailed to cancel the order I received no response. Terrible, terrible service, Do not use.

As per others here didn't read the reviews until it was too late.

Goods took months to deliver at which point I wanted a refund instead. They have now sent the goods to me three times, requesting I refuse delivery each time and not giving me a refund when it's been over 2months.

I can't work out if it's just shockingly bad or if this company is a genuine scam. Either way avoid.

Ordered 170 physio mat for my brother in December needed for a long-term injury. Sent to uk and then email returned to Netherlands..2 months later NO MAT..NO REFUND...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..WILL BE REPORTING THIS SCAM

Do not buy from the website. Items are promised with a expected delivery and nothing arrives

I’m circa £200 down and really annoyed at myself

Waiting about a month now and no way of contacting them gets any response.

If you’ve done it the right way round and checking before purchasing then fair play and please ensure you purchase elsewhere

Returned unwanted item(wrong size) spent £17 twice and item been sensed back to me as no respond to courier. Worse ever company. They not supposed to be registered in uk if no Uk contact number. Ignoring my emails.

I ordered a bodyblade pro from physioparts uk , this company KEPT me informed throughout the process with tracking information the product arrived in perfect condition and I'm very happy with my purchase 😀

Item not as described, have emailed them but not reply and phone number is not valid. Also item came from the Netherlands not UK and postage was slow.

I ordered over £200 worth of products and 3 weeks later, I still haven’t received. DREADFUL COMPANY!! Customer service is diabolical and passing the buck and no ownership. Will be reporting them and taking legal action

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with, worst customer service ever.! lies, deceitful ,from the off ,avoid,avoid avoid

Don't even deserve one star!! Terrible avoid at all costs. Been waiting 2 weeks for my order, no communication. I have had to chase and now told they MAY be able to send within 2-3 weeks - disgusting! Logged a paypal dispute, thank god you are covered with paypal.

DO NOT buy from these cowboys, they are shoddy and scam artists!!!

Having read the reviews was a little concerned, but the only place to buy/ship what I wanted to the UK.

I did buy on paypal, plus their sales come with trustedshops.com purchase insurance.

Pre-sales email advice quick response and accurate and dispatch super quick with delivery within 4 working days

Very disappointing service. I ordered an item at Christmas as a gift. Received the order confirmation and the autofill had edited the address to completely the wrong address. Emailed, called, contacted through socials - no response to change it. The evri driver called and kindly didn't deliver and changed shipping address - item arrived after 2 months and it was poor quality. No way to reach the company to return - i wish id seen these reviews before ordering!

My order took a long time to arrive - just over a month - but it was fine when it got here. I didn’t need it urgently, so not a problem.
