I have been looking for a collagen supplement with types 1 and 3. Most are multi types and don’t deliver enough of types 1 and 3 to improve your nails, hair and skin. Physicians choice is just what I have been searching for. I have used it about 3 weeks and can tell a difference in my nails. They are not as brittle and don’t break as easy. I would recommend Physicians Choice if you would like stronger nails and thicker hair.
