He was quick responding to emails regarding my order, and when an item I originally ordered wasn’t available he promptly communicated this to me and suggested an alternative product. As a good will gesture he also provided a discount code. Delivery was super quick too. Will be purchasing all future phone products from this website 👍👍

Extremely quick service! When my phone was received by phone bar, it was fixed within the space of 1-2 hours and sent back off and received the next day. My phone need extra work doing on it, however phonebar offered the extra work half price. Hopefully I won't need to, but I would definitely use phone bar again if needed.

My item isn't fixed yet but I have every confidence that it will be... It actually turned out to be a bigger problem than normal but the manager has kept me updated with regular e-mails and calls along with expected completion dates... The way they communicate just fills you with confidence, that and the fact that they've always gone above and beyond when I've used them in the past... I propper small business that puts the customer 1st :)
