I trusted them for around a year, as they delivered what I ordered and responded quickly to any questions I had. They seem to be professional, and do have good quality goods. However, the kind of scam they do is a version of an 'exit scam.'

This is a very common scam on the dark web, e.g. Silk Road type sites. The seller gains your trust over a few orders, waits for you to make another (usually larger) transfer, then breaks off contact.

In my case I was scammed for around £200. Feel like an idiot.

I recommend that you find a different supplier.

I have never had any issues with this site , always respond to emails, refunded me on one occasion with no problems

I never normally leave reviews but felt I had to this time. I read the reviews on here but thought “sod it” I’ll give it a go. Yes after ordering, they then asked me to transfer the money instead but I used an account which never has any money in. The day after the transfer and I got an email to say my order had been shipped and 5 days later, I have it! Paid £30 extra for delivery. I can honestly say they have been great! Great communication, great product and great service and will definitely use them again!!!

Horrendous service! For £12 postage you still have to wait between 1 to 3 months for your package to be shipped to mainland UK. Covid is the excuse as always these days. This company used to he extremely efficient but now it is just awful.

I have been using them for a few years now and other than understandably delayed deliveries during lockdowns the service has been perfect.
I have never had any issues with payments using a debit card and response to queries has always been good.
I can comfortably say I trust the company.

Brilliant company, life saving actually.
I wanted a treatment i KNOW works for depression/anxiety a stimulent based bupropion which is used to treat depression in other countries.
Here in the UK and the ever-failing NHS no such prescription can be made probably because like many other drugs its 'too expensive', it is always the same mind numbing cheap ssri's that don't work for everyone.
Thanks to this pharmacy i feel i can finally get better, yes its not next day delivery but you get what you pay for and they are quite good at updates on delivery too.

I never write reviews - even though I make sure I read others before I dive in - but I just had to write one for the great service at Geoff Pharmacy.
At first I was worried about the questions asked and sending money abroad but, I can honestly say it was a great and reliable service and they emailed and let me know what was going on every step of the way.
The Retin A I ordered is the real deal and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Legitimate and trustworthy company for those thinking of using them.

Suspicious website. Paid by debit card but told their payment system was down - I received this minutes after paying : Sorry to inform that we are unable to process your order by credit card due to some technical problem with our payment system. Therefore, we have below alternative payment methods for you to consider for this order.

1. International Bank wire transfer.
2. Bit Coin Payment (can be purchased using a credit/debit card).

Everyone gets this email it seems. Why do they ask for bank details if they only accept Bitcoin or wire transfer?

They don’t respond when you get in touch.

Scam written all over it. I have ordered my product from a trusted uk supplier - cost a bit more but worth it for peace of mind. Have cancelled my payment and card. Hassle! My advice is STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!!

This company take all your personal details details (including date of birth) and then say they had a technical problem and can’t process the order. I attempted to make a purchase last night but had the same response that everyone who has posted (a non-fake) review had. I contacted my bank and they advised me to cancel my card and change all my passwords. They said that you should never be asked your date of birth in this way and said that all the details I gave could be used to steal my identity!!!!! I now have to wait 5 days for a new card. The website is http and not https (which is secure) I have contacted Action Fraud. This company have not responded to one review. They rely on fake reviews to entice people to register on the website DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

Have been using this site for 5 years now and have never been disappointed. Yes the payment method has changed recently and have had to use bitcoin, but such a small inconvenience in all fairness. They always supply, and even the timings with in the lockdown period were impressive.

DO NOT USE or give this company your details!!!!This company is extremely suspicious to say the least! They take all your card details and ask for your date of birth and then they email to say there was an issue with your payment and ask you to transfer money. They obviously just want card details and dob - everyone who makes a purchase gets this email saying there was an issue with payment and asking for money or Bitcoin. They offer extremely cheap products and further discounts to entice people and then get all their personal info. Also, the website is UNSECURE and should not be taking peoples credit card details. They also post fake reviews to make people think they are a legit company (see below)

basic and payment issues but I paid on the Sunday by wire and my order arrived Thursday. i used the DHL fast postage which is a bit pricey but if you need a multiple of things or want it fast its well worth it

This is a fake site and they use fake reviews on trusted review sites to try and fool others into believing they're legit. I tried buying some of their products and even after taking your Credit card details and also ASKING for your Date of Brith (which is suspicious asf) they still send the fraudulent email claiming their payment system is down and that they'd prfer if you could wire the money to their account or pay in Bitcoin.

All of this is suspicious and has RED FLAGS written all over it. Please do yourself a favour and don't buy from them unless you want to fall victim to them.

Ordered from them 4 times without any issue. The first message that a lot of people keep posting isn't a scam - they just require you to pay that way for your first order.

Anyway it's been 45 days since I made my last order and still haven't received it. I've asked for a refund and have been told I must wait 80 business days (3 months).

Update - It arrived in the end!
I was initially annoyed at this but I forgot that I accepted a slower shipping option when I ordered.Due to covid restrictions, I made my order when they were only shipping using surface mail (by sea).

I have never had anything but excellent service from this company and I have been ordering from them for about six years. I am a little bemused, therefore, if not suspicious regarding the negative reviews. Have always paid by visa without issue. Only ever had a delay with an order due to pandemic. Genuine company, genuine products in my experience.

This website is sketch as hell - do not buy ANYTHING. I can confirm that I experienced the same issues that previous reviewers wrote about below. Save yourself the hassle, just get a prescription from a doctor. While there might be a legal loophole around parallel imports of prescription-only medicines, no legitimate company would ever ask you to wire them money or pay in bitcoin. Reported to Action Fraud UK, MHRA, and GPhC.

Ordered a product on behalf of a relative. Attempted to pay online using my card. I later received an email stating that there was an issue with the online payment system so could I send the money via bank transfer or Bitcoin.
I paid via international bank transfer. The order took around two weeks to arrive despite paying for the fastest, more secure shipping method, however this was during the global pandemic.
The product itself is exactly what I ordered and does what it is designed to do. Can't complain 😊
