I paid £3.75 for delivery within 3-5 working days. After 6 working days, 8 in all I made contact to be told the item had been dispatched the previous day. I had not been sent a tracking number either, no offer of any refund on delivery. Great product though.

Extremely disappointed in this company. My order showed up well after the due delivery date and I had to purchase goods from Pets at home instead as Petsperfect failed to deliver on both days they had promised. Ended up spending double the money, wasting half of my Saturday at home waiting if the item was showing up or not and asking for a ride from my neighbor so i could buy the goods from a different provider instead so I can collect my kitten.Their products look great and prices too but i would much rather deal with someone who can deliver on time and not waste my money and precious time!

Would totally recommend petsperfect. Order was delivered in 2 days. Will definitely order from this company again. Will recommend to friends. Fantastic!!

Site needs to be able to let you know if items are out of stock. I went through the process of ordering and paying for the item only to get an email saying the item was out of stock and would be unavailable for at least a month. That is incredibly annoying. Then I had to hope I hadn't been scammed whilst waiting another few days for confirmation of my refund. Communication during that period was swift, polite, helpful and above reproach but could have been easily avoided completely by updating that basic feature of the site.

fast delivery quality product

Cool mat arrived quickly, was exactly as described on the website, and I am very happy with it.

I am still awaiting half of my order, which was the most expensive part and most important. Still awaiting a response regarding this.

Hurtta harness issimple to use and good design although a bit pricy.
I wish it would be padded under the armpits.
The girth size of my dog is 60cm - so the size I chose is allright, but there is no extra room in case my dog would get any bigger.
I am pleased with the item overall.

Not petsperfect doing but I ordered 2 cat Loo's on March 31st, they despatched via Hermes on April 2nd and its now the 10th and they're not here!!! Not happy as I have a new rescue cat arriving tomorrow - just hope the loo does too as have had to purchase another tray just in case. Maybe they need to use another method - the website said it would be Royal Mail. Pippa from petsperfect was very helpful and phoned hermes but they are still not here. Not very impressed.

Ordered the above and one week later no sign of the collar.Contacted Petsperfect and they were on the case straight away, replied within the hour and offered to send out a replacement and a confirmation e-mail to inform me it was done. Unfortunately this was across Easter week end and consequently took another week for delivery, but no fault of Petsperfect. Non the less the product is good quality and their service was good, kept me informed and did what they said they would. I would use them again.

Item was very thin, a lot larger than expected and very fiddly to try and put on. The velcro was everywhere and stuck to itself. Having carefully followed the fitting instructions, I expected it to fit firmly to calm the dog but it only fitted round in places and was too big elsewhere.
