Recently completed my microchip training with Dawn. I was a bag of nerves but Dawn was so down to earth and chatty she had me relaxed in no time! Her training was thorough and comprehensive and this lovely lady didnt leave until i was confident i knew what i was doing. She's a great trainer, mentor and an inspirational woman.

From the moment i contacted them the commuication has been incredible via whats app messages. Stan came to do my training today, what an absolute legend he is. From the get go he put me at ease, such an amazing heart warming person to have in our home and to have train me. Highly recommend this service for microchip training.

I completed my implanted training through Petscanner several years ago based on being able to purchase a starter pack containing a scanner that paired with my phone so I could keep online records, was told it was unavailable and was promised one multiple times that has never materialised despite numerous attempts to chase it!

Great experience i was put at ease by my instructor Stan who was great with helping me understand the importance of doing the microchipping properly
And after he had gone i could easily do the last to kittens i hadn't done

Enquired about moving from Identibase to Petscanner (we inherited our cat with Identibase not knowing they are the most expensive / rip-off pet company out there). Support from Kieran has been excellent. I have now successfully received my £36 refund from Identibase that they took without permission and moved to Petscanner - Kieran was extremely helpful throughout this process. Hopefully this is representative of the company as a whole should we have any issues going forward but so far, 5 stars

Super impressed with PetScanner. I run a dog rescue and it has always been such a stress and difficult process transferring each animals chip over, let alone costly with transferring fees unjustly charged by competing companies. PetScanner have been nothing but professional and couldn’t be more understanding or helpful. Not only is their transfer process incredibly easy, everything about their site and personal accounts are completely user friendly. I have wanted to do a Microchip Implanter course for a while - I decided what better company to go through! It was my easiest decision - Kieran couldn’t have made it any smoother to book the course and sent all materials needed over to me promptly. Stan is quite honestly “The Man” and I don’t think I would have wanted to go through with it, if it wasn’t for his calm and collected manner, he was so incredibly supportive, with a hint of sarcasm and humour which eased any nerves I may have had. As a rescue service, I am so grateful for this company, taking one extra stress away, always going out of their way to help, the transfer process for each dog that enters my doors or finds new homes could not be simpler and having a rescue back up of my details on each Adopted dog is a weight off my shoulders. I have already raved about PetScanner and encouraged multiple people to transfer, and I am sure it won’t end here. If you’re sick of transfer fees, unfair terms and conditions and stress and difficulty managing your pet’s microchip details, I urge you to give PetScanner a call - you won’t regret it.
