Well I received NO notification that my payment was declined when I applied for insurance last year. No apology or anything. Had to reapply and was told they could transfer all the documents that were provided last year but that wasn’t true. They are asking for ALL the documents again. Unacceptable all the way around just because I applied online. That’s no excuse. One of the reps in sales I dealt with could not hear nor understand because she sounded muffled. I kept telling her repeatedly that I couldn’t understand her.

Easy to apply! This is my 4th pet that I've used Nationwide pet insurance for & have always been very satisfied with the coverage & pricing! My family & I love Nationwide & wouldn't use any other provider! Easy claims through the app & the check gets sent in the mail in about a week!

Super quick response in telling me whether I was approved or not. Respectful in their emails and a good plan if you are wanting something low cost but want to have a plan for your pet.
