Super easy to enroll, had previous coverage with Nationwide so excited to get Lewis covered again!

I've just tried Nationwide's website and phone number, but I'm unable to reach anyone. The site says it's down, again. The phone number says we can't help you and then hangs up on you. I've had Nationwide Pet insurance for over a decade. How can a company this large be completely down for days....

After finally reaching them at a phone number I found on Google, I found out that my two dogs are on two separate plans, even though I signed up for this insurance through my employer. The plan for my German Shepherd is not the same plan as my mixed-breed shepherd. And of course, I just found out that the plan for the German Shepherd doesn't cover his mobility issues.

Easy to set up and understand with good prices

I had pet insurance through nationwide for years. They’ve always paid fast and such nice and professional staff. My first and only choice.

I signed up for Poppy's coverage on August 4, 2026 and here it is August 9, 2026 and I still haven't heard of my coverage has begun. Nationwide was quick to take my money, not so quick to behind coverage. Typical insurance scam.
