I am a regular customer of Peter Tysons and this is due to always receiving excellent advise when required.
I always receive the best price available and delivery is always excellent too.

We made a visit to the shop and staff were both helpful and knowledgeable discussing the TVs on show. Once we made a purchase, communication was excellent and the TV was delivered on time and was packed properly and handled with the care you would expect. I would certainly buy from the store again, it would be our first choice.

What an amazing organization. Customer care beyond my expectations.
I bought a Dehumidifier(EcoAir DD1 Classic MK6 -Blue) from them on December 13th. First of all their delivery is fast, as they deliver it next working day. To begin with my good experiences with them, they accomodated my request to deliver on the specific day I wanted.
The dehumidifier worked well. After 2 weeks of using it, one day when I lifted it while the water tank was partially filled, the tank slipped out by accident and a part of it misaligned/broke. I have contacted Peter Tyson customer care by phone, I was asked to send pics of the damage.I was just expecting a replacement water tank (even if I have to pay for it, as it broke due to my mistake)They said that they do not have water tank spare part but if I want they can provide me a refund or an exchange. I said exchange. They delivered the new product the next day and collected the damaged product at the same time.
What an amazing company. A solid 10/10 service. Hats off to their service.

My husband and I visited Peter Tyson store at Lillyhall on 03/01/26 as we had wanted a new TV for a while. The experience was great with no-one following you around and being able to browse in peace. When we had decided on a TV the sales staff were very polite and professional and the advice given to us was invaluable!! Our TV was delivered and installed today by their engineer Mark. He was brilliant so very polite, professional and very helpful, he even said he would take his shoes off as we had recently had a new carpet fitted. He explained everything thoroughly to us after setting the TV up and again his advice was brilliant. We would definitely recommend Peter Tyson to everyone and they should be very proud of their team. I was in the need of a new Condenser Dryer and after visiting Peter Tyson centre at Lillyhall, Workington I found the sales experience great.
Peter Stroud was who attended to me and Peter was professional, friendly and offered great advise and recommendations. Peter was also not putting any pressure on for me to buy anything.
I purchased a new dryer on the day and was very happy with the sales experience. Delivery of the dryer went fine aswell and the driver was helpful too.

Simple, straightforward, like all online shopping should be, ordered my item, got my item, delivered exactly when they said it would be - and the best of all . . . the main reason I chose Peter Tyson and not another retailer - they don't use Evri for delivery ! So all good : )
