This company delivered my friend's flowers the next day; they were absolutely stunning, a beautiful bouquet of blooms encased in hessian. Absolutely delighted with both product and service.

Ive had several bouquets and a mixed handful of 100% Cornish flowers recently. All beautiful. Dozens of delicate English summer flowers with some lovely foliage too. Some of the stems have lasted over a week and looked pretty in little pots dotted about.

This is the second time I have been sent these as a gift. They are awful and arrived so dried out. I can’t understand the good reviews.

The flowers were beautifully packaged in sustainable packaging and the mixture is absolutely delightful. So unusual and like having a spring meadow in my kitchen. So far they’ve lasted over a week and still look as fresh as the day they arrived. And they are organically grown and everything about the company seems ethical

Not good value for money. Flowers don’t last very long.

I received some flowers for Mother’s Day and sadly some were broken and squashed. However I appreciate this is a busy time for florists and this can happen. When I contacted Petalon to let them know, they immediately sent out a replacement box. The field flowers they sent ultimately were beautiful and in great condition. Many thanks. Great customer service. Would use again and definitely recommend!

AVOID !! Really bad and disappointing. My boyfriend sent me flowers a few months ago from them and they looked nice. Now the second time for Valentines it’s literally half the size even though he ordered the same size. Disappointed and not accurate when you see what’s advertised in their website- we won’t order again.

I've been sending flowers with Petalon since 2020 -- some as gifts, some for myself -- and they've always brought heaps of joy and were delivered on time. Yes, it did happen a couple of times that the stem of a bigger flower was broken (we're talking about the span of 4 years!), but the rest of the bouquet would still be gorgeous and lasted a long time if the water was changed regularly. Love their ethos and their aesthetic -- a loyal client over here!

My daughter likes to order from this company due to their ‘ethical’ stance, so sent me some flowers for Mother’s Day - they arrived in very poor condition, so I provided feedback and received a voucher code to order again. Just used the voucher code and received another bouquet, which were not much better. In my opinion, the flowers are being picked when they are going over, so are in compost heap ready condition when they arrive. I was offered a code for a 50% discount on more flowers, as apparently, that’s all they are able to offer as a small business!

Based on my experience, order your flowers elsewhere.

Highly recommend I was given a monthly flower subscription as a gift and each month the flowers arrive beautifully packaged and a delight on the eye. Moreover in comparison to better known flower subscription suppliers Petalon flowers last for weeks.

Absolutely beautiful flowers, full of scent and packed so well. Really lovely ethos about sustainability as well. Highly recommend.
