Myself and 2 neighbouring properties had spotted rodent activity but we have no idea of the scale.
We baited the areas where there was activity.
The bait was taken over course of a week and my neighbour found the remains of a rat on day 6.
We have left bait out but as I'm writing this it has been 3 days since any of the bait has been eaten.
Because I researched and I'm aware of how the poison works I knew that it would be around 5 days or so before I could expect to see results.

We bought the product in good faith on 30/07/26. But the rat that keeps coming in our garden has eaten 2 packs now and is still going strong. I contacted the company via email on 07/08/26 but had no response. I won't buy from them again. Order Number was 377050/300726/37, Rat Poison Bait Blocks 1.5kg (5 x 300g: 75 blocks) for £21.95 plus £3.95 delivery charge. Lots of wasted money.

We bought the products in good faith. We have used 2 bags for the rat which has been visiting our garden, but the rat has eaten the baits and keeps coming. We concluded that the baits are not "as strong" as the packet suggest. We contacted the company but nobody responded to our email.

The order process is straightforward. Thevproductvis despatched and delivered promptly and the product is excellent.

It got rid of most of the rats but I'll need some more to finish them off.

It was easy to order from pest expert and the delivery was excellent arriving the next day.

The product was good and it arrived fast, however the first night the rats pulled the packet of pellets they had ripped open out of the bait box leaving a small amount exposed to our hedgehog, our cat and foxes or any other animal that may have come into our garden. luckily we were up early and vacuumed up any bits around, we would never have bought the pellets if we knew this could happen. So only recommend the blocks if using bait box.
I didn’t use the rest of the bait pellets I went and bought some big cheese bait blocks which are secured on to a rod inside the bait box so stays put causing no harm to any other animals. I’m glad to say we still have our hedgehogs, foxes and cat but have had NO rats for over a week on our CCTV outside camera it only took 3 days to get rid of them.

Great products and fast delivery

Having read all the reviews I ordered the 3 products to rid my carpet of carpet moths.
I used the products 3 weeks ago and havent seen any moths since therefore I am convinced that the product has worked..

I had rats under the decking, followed the instructions using gloves so as not to contaminate with human odour. Three days and two deceased rats later …. Problem solved
