Truly a transformative experience with PLA for the past two years. The coaches at PLA are very personable and reachable and are a true source of inspiration and guide the coachees and help them transform 360 degrees.
Past two years with PLA had been very positive and the experiences have been life changing. The 1% club we have at PLA are all from different industries and diverse cultures but unified by the proximity that PLA brings on. PLA helped transform and guide a lot of people. The guest speakers they bring on to inspire the community are from the top companies and their experiences are so influential.

I joined the Personal Leadership Academy (PLA) in June 2024, and it has been a truly transformative experience for me.

Each week includes breakout rooms with smaller groups where people openly share - successes, hardships, and lessons learned. Listening to others in these spaces is often eye-opening and deeply meaningful.

Overall, I can confidently say I’ve improved myself tremendously over the last two years after joining PLA.

I want to share with you a powerful concept: "Visibility is profitability, and proximity is power."
These words struck me deeply, opening my eyes to a new perspective. As someone who considered themselves of a mediocre mindset, this revelation was profound. Suddenly, I understood the importance of being visible and the power of proximity.

It was a moment of clarity that I had not experienced before.
I used to be solely a consumer, unaware of the significance of sharing. Venkat exemplifies the importance of teaching and sharing knowledge with society.

Firstly, achieving visibility requires certain qualities: self-education, activity both mentally and physically, and mindfulness.
And then, there's proximity. You cannot be near creators and executors unless you are open-minded and active. This openness arises from being surrounded by selfless, supportive individuals. Consistency and willpower are the byproducts of proximity.

I am exactly where I am supposed to be!! Knowing where I am. Not worrying about , where I would have been. Don’t fall into Gaps turn it to a Gain. Seeing Gaps as gains.
